App Does Not Find Safe
When I first set up the safe, app works, connects fine, password setup was easy. Later, the app kept asking for admin password repeatedly after entering correctly, would not connect. Now, app does not even find the safe. Please fix ASAP.
Bluetooth functionality is horrible…fix this.
The Bluetooth functionality of the app, it’s only real functionality, is defective. The BLE connections works for a while, then starts asking for the password, fails, then eventually disappears from the available Bluetooth list. The only way to fix, is to do a full reset of the entire system. This makes the app. “Useless”. Fix this.

Won't connect to my safe
It won't connect with my safe anymore which allowed me to open it from my phone.

Never had any issues using it with my safe. Not sure what all the bad reviews are from.
As Useful As T*ts On A Nun
The fact that this app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years should tell you everything you need to know. ALL sensitive apps use facial recognition to unlock. The safe is fine, but this buggy app adds virtually NO VALUE.
Faulty App
Once the app connects to the safe it continuously keeps asking for the admin password even after entering it properly. It never actually functions, just ask again and again for the password.
Privacy concerns but app seems to work.
Bought the safe and got the app but it auspiciously searches for every nearby device and no doubt has logged that information to transmit to the overlords in Shenzen.

I’ve had a positive experience with both the safe and the app.
I too would like notifications and access from anywhere, but I understand that it’s due to the underlying Bluetooth limitations . Maybe Bill will release a WiFi version that can send updates in the future. In the meantime, I’m happy.

I saw other people talk bad on the app. I was able to login and use my safe perfectly fine, it’s definitely user error.

Nice features, app recommended
The app is key to quickly setting up new user passwords and monitoring the battery level. Missing from the app and device is the ability to set up multiple user codes (admin is the only code used). Suggest naming fingerprints to revoke them as needed, the length is quite short so get creative.

Easy to use not sure why reviews are so low. Some people cannot follow instructions the video was great and showed how to set up.

I don’t know if this will help anyone else, but I fought and fought with the app. It kept asking for the Bluetooth connection password. Once I opened the safe manually and had the lid open, then it connected over Bluetooth and I could get to all the admin functions of the safe.
The app didn’t like my master password. I let the app use the administrator fingerprint and then reset the master password through the app (to the same thing). Then it was happy and I can get to all the admin settings.

OK but needs security
I like it, but I think it should have an app passcode or Face ID function to open the app.

App loses connection when not home. When someone tries to tamper with it we should get notified immediately. HOWEVER for the people saying anyone. An open the app …if you have an iPhone you can make ANY APP including this one require face recognition!
Does not work with iOS 18.1.1.
Deleted app 3 times, walked through setup 4 times. Zero luck getting past password inputs.
Notifications?
Great safe and great app but blows my mind there is no notification if someone opens your safe- just a history of when it was opened… seems like the most obvious safety feature because if a kid gets into a safe, every second matters. I don’t want to look back at the unlock history and be like “ah yeah looks like the little guy got into it yesterday…”
