I received a call from a scammer and I just love to waste their time, the scammer wanted me to sign up for any service that would grant them access to my bank account- they sent me a link to Billshark. I had zero intention of using the service, but didn’t want to cut the call with the scammer short, so I told Billshark my landline phone bill was $1 a month- and kept the scammer on the phone until he was so frustrated with me that he hung up on me (haha). A little later I saw I had a “welcome to Billshark” email. So I went to the website and found many places that said “cancelling is easy”, but there really was not a place to actually cancel- just areas CLAIMING it’s easy to cancel. So I checked and saw a Welcome text from Billshark- at the end of the text it said “UNSUB to unsubscribe HELP for help” so I replied with HELP- and received a message that said “UNSUB to unsubscribe” (It guess that’s their “help”). I went back to the website and sent a support message- lucky for me- it on FB ly vtakes them 2-3 days to respond- that’s right- 2 or 3 days to respond to a help/support ticket.. in 2024, the height of technology and this place is as slow as molasses in January to respond to a HELP ticket? Not a place to do business with- even without a scammer representing them. Plus, remember they are “helping” me with my $1 a month landline phone. So.. no way to cancel? No way to get a response from a support ticket for at least 3 days? If I’m being honest, it Feels like they are in cahoots with the scammer- if not- they aren’t far from being scammers themselves, using shady business practices. I do not recommend!

Don’t do it-scam

I would not use this service again. They did save me $50 a month on cable x 2 years, but I have to pay them $400 upfront in one lump sum. Not worth it at all.

This app didn’t save me money.

I downloaded Mint to organize my finances and this app appeared as part of Mint, of which they in reality aren’t. They negotiated my satellite bill and saved me money and then turned around and charged me the amount that I was saving on my bill as their fee. 288. but wait there’s more, they negotiated for my internet as well and for a savings of about 20. a month they charged me 248. Long story short. I don’t recommend this app. To anyone who is looking to save money.

5 STAR APP NO DOUBT ITS SO CLUTCH

I think this is the best app for people who are in the middle good and bad credit and take the facts of a person good history and invests in them. IM BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS APP

Waste of money and time

They do not negotiate. They cancel services, then say they saved you money and take 40% of that savings for 2 years.

I hired a negotiator not a canceling service!

Any idiot can save money by canceling services.
