Does not work with recommended dongle

This app fails to connect to my E92 using the OBD BT dongle their site recommends as best (OBDLink CX). Also, their site listed E46 compatibility, but after it failed to connect I contacted them and they said it does not - yet they did not offer a refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS APP DEVELOPER.

Work out the bugs before you sell to customers

The app is supposed to be able to open or close the JCW Muffler flap on my 2021 Mini Cooper S but it doesn’t. I contacted the company multiple times and still didn’t work. Don’t waste your money on this app.

App with poor internationalization support

This app does not have a way to convert units from metric to standard so it shows everything in km and Celsius. Disappointed that the app does not have a way to convert the units

Terrible connectivity

This app is absolute garbage. I have the MHD universal adapter and it takes on average 30 tries to get this app to connect. MHD and bimmerfix connect instantly. What a waste of money!

Connection issues

It takes quite a long time to connect to the vehicle and then drops the connection randomly.
The features are nice well thought

Love the app. Very useful. It just won’t stop asking me to review. Like 3 or four times per app opening it asks me to review it. I never write reviews. I don’t want to review it. Chill.
