Horrible company don't trust

I downloaded this app because Google said they had the lowest fee fees and I needed to use crypto to make a payment. My account has been frozen for a month and I get no responses from them. I'm unable to withdraw or send any of my funds. They have not given me any reason for why this is happening and keep telling me to wait. I don't know what recourse I have.. Use a legitimate company like Coinbase if you really need to use crypto. But don't use crypto at all cause it's for scammers.

BinanceUS terrible customer service

I added and passed all of my KYC credentials and found myself after spending thousand of dollars that I was unable to send crypto. So I started the process of cancellation and liquidate my 3 week first time entry in BinanceUS. After dozens of customer support tickets, no progress was made and the app remains useless. Some internal team (probably in some third world country) is reviewing my cancelation after joining Binance. Stay away from this Binance app
