ADHD Sleep Help
As someone with ADHD, falling asleep has always been a challenge. Over the years I’ve tried so many different things, including melatonin, sleeping with a fan on, using a sound machine, and I’ve tried several different apps. Nothing seemed to work for me that well until I found this app. Using the green sound, asleep in minutes, works amazingly well for me. Far better than anything else I’ve tried. It literally does put me to sleep in minutes.

Free Trial??
I downloaded this 8/11/26 and when I went in to cancel before the free 7 day trial on 8/16/26, I had already been subscribed & charged. I did cancel any future charges, but did not get a refund. Not happy. I have other apps that I like better so was giving this a “free 7 day trial” - just want others to be aware.

This is one of the most useful apps I use. The range of soundscapes offered is brilliant. I use ones to help me drift off to sleep, focus on my work and for general relaxation. The optional additional ambient sounds are an added bonus. Plus the fact that you can use this without the need to be connected to the internet. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Oh look another app that makes you put your credit card info in without even letting you see samples. Plenty of apps that have one or two tracks unlocked or let you hear for seconds to at least see if it’s worth it.
False Advertising and doesn't work
I was supposed to get three free days before I got charged the yearly fee and I did not get that. Also, the app doesn't work. It has to be forced closed to switch between screens or use a different sound. Total waste of money. Buyer beware!
Where is account info?
I was charged a different amount than I thought originally. I can’t find the account information on the app. I don’t know what the time period is or why the amount changed.

They say try the 7 days free trial and we will remind you before we renew, But They Don’t. Be careful. They just charge you and auto renew it. I emailed them and if I see they’ll refund my money, I’ll come back and delete this.
This App is AI run. No one to contact.
I’ve tried writing to customer service twice - the email doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money on this expensive app.

This does work well. I have a partner that snores so I use the sounds with the built in mask. I am a side sleeper

More Concise Explanations Please
Please provide grounded explanations for when to use specific tones… For example, if you’re experiencing sleepiness nights and you’re having trouble with getting back to bed because of thoughts related to work and you’re waking up at 1:30 am consistently, what tone is potentially the best remedy.

Scam App
Do not accept the seven day trial!! I repeat, do not accept seven day trial! This is a scam app! Nowhere in the app is there a location for you to access Account Settings as directed in the terms of service to discontinue the trial during the seven day period. If you try to contact support, your email gets rejected. Airbyte Technology Company, Ltd. was dissolved in December 2024.
