This game needs for customer service had a deposit that I was told was successfully deposited but I received nothing they have robbed me I’ve reported to Apple about the app and have taken screen shops of the withdraw and today’s date

I have played numerous bingo games. This is by far one of the worst when withdrawing money. I reached out to the support team provided screenshots because my withdrawal says it’s frozen. Are you kidding me? It’s $2.38
I completed the verification process and still nothing! Definitely will not be purchasing with this company again. Before you reply and then tell me to contact the support team in the game? I already have reached out to them. They freeze your money for “fraudulent activity”
