Thanks for your honest feedback. Ads are a way to support the income for the developer, but we understand they interrupt your game experience. You can always choose to make an in-app purchase, which will also switch off the ads. And of course we’d thank you for your support!

Just updated the game and it freezes

I really like this game , bought all the no ads, lucky charm etc , the problem I’m having is that it freezes just when you about to start the game and you spend your coins on the power ups , so you end up losing your coins and don’t get to play , can you guys please fix this issue

Where is customer support to report a problem

This game is great , super cute , fun , but on this event where there is supposed to be dog treats on your bingo cards to collect to get the mascot , I’m on level 8 and there are no dog treats on my bingo cards to go to next level , it stopped at level 7 with 126/120 , can you guys fix this problem so I can finally get to level 16 to get the mascot , other then that this game is worth 5 stars

If the bingo cards are on your screen, you can find a pause button in the left uppercorner. If you tap there, you come into the settings menu. In this menu you can adjust the speed. What’s happening?

I gave the game five stars; however, I’m rethinking my rating. I’d like to know what’s happening in the game when I buy all the power ups (I go up to sixty on each) and select the animal I want to help me, the game freezes with just showing the animal before NOT going into the game. When I exit the game and go back into my screen with all my apps, the music from the game keeps playing (and I’m no longer in the game). This has happened to me twice. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Reset

So i was on about level 50 on the 2 card and was on about level 125 on the 4 card then this morning all progress was lost and now it wants me to start from the beginning im sry but im not going to do that. You need to find a way to keep progress so nobody has to start from the very beginning again

Game keeps crashing

I really love this game when it works. More often than not, when collecting bonuses, etc the app just shuts down. Tried 3 times this morning and it crashed each time. If things don’t improve and work as they should, I will be deleting the app.
