Heart Monitor
Heart monitor
Easy hardware setup, but missing password manager support
However, the login implementation needs attention from the developers. The app currently lacks standard iOS password manager integration:
1. No Associated Domain Entitlements: The app does not include webcredentials Associated Domain support, which prevents password managers (such as Bitwarden, 1Password, or Apple Keychain) from automatically matching and suggesting saved vault entries.
2. Missing Input Field Attributes: The username field is missing the standard UITextContentType = .username attribute, so iOS fails to offer the QuickType password manager toolbar button when selecting that box.
COMFORT
Will not stick
I was very nervous getting this on, but it’s not that bad.
Very easy to use
Impossible to access results
Eventually I got my results after spending time on the feedback UX only to be blocked from downloading/forwarding my results. Mobile app screen is way too small to see anything in the multi page PDF they show you in app
Cool tech
What am I missing?
App needs work
Easy Study
User friendly & Comfy
Biocare Report
Too much of a hassle
Useless app
Frustrating
I’ve spent hours moving the device around to try and resolve it. I reached out customer support who were initially responsive. However, they continue to send me the same simple diagram which is easy to follow.
Then they asked for additional data/report and I discovered the app can’t produce the reports they ask for. I sent screenshots that clearly show buttons their instructions tell me to click to provide them a historical report aren’t available in my phone app. One of the screenshots included “live data” and I received a call from a very nice lady who can analyze heart rhythm reports who confirmed the device is picking up a strong signal even though the app displays “bad contact.” She asked if I had hairy chest, I don’t but didn’t could see how that would be a problem.
She wasn’t familiar with how to use the app but could interpret reports. The app on my phone doesn’t allow me to create a report. She confirmed the screenshot with live data was “a textbook, clear and strong signal” even though I was getting the “bad signal”warning in the app. She suggested that I move the device around to see if I get better contact.
I have moved the device around so much I know exactly where the device gets a good signal and a bad signal on my body. I was an electronics technician and computer network engineer for over 30 years, I have the technical experience to determine what a strong clean signal looks like.
I told her I discovered while following the troubleshooting steps I discovered I can’t see historical data or generate reports for her to interpret. She offered to get on teams anytime to troubleshoot even though she didn’t know the app. I appreciate her desire and willingness to help but she doesn’t know the user side of the product which will mean more of my time helping her understand how the product is supposed to work on my end. I’m ready to send the product back or eat the loss. I bought it because I thought it would help me see historical data and better understand what my heart is doing but it has just added frustration. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. I had high hoped this product would work as advertised and help me better manage my heart health problems but it doesn’t.
