Works great!
The app does exactly what it is meant to do, which is connect it to the BionicGym device and allow you to choose your workout. I have no issues connecting it, and I keep track of the estimated calories I’ve burned by taking a look at my Apple Watch after the workout, and by reviewing my Apple Fitness app. One feature that would be nice to have is to see how long I have left with the workout from my Lock Screen, which I think would be very convenient. Adding the ability to pause or stop from the Lock Screen would also be nice.

Doesn’t open
The app downloaded but when I open it, the screen is all black. Can’t see anything!
Not as advertised
Have been using Bionic Gym for the past few months. Have tried beginner and am now on Pro 2hrs @ density 50. Both legs trembles vigorously but never a drop of sweat with heart rate hovering at 94-100 mostly. Negative changes in weight either. Nothing as advertised! Very disappointing! Currently unable it persistently disconnects even when unpaired/paired again numerous times. Deleted the app and reinstalled but same problem still exists. Instead of not working as advertised, it has become a useless brick. Searched online and found that many unfortunate buyers had same problem. Buyers beware!!!

App works okay but battery indicator does not
The app does what it should I suppose, but my battery indicator only ever displays two readings -100% (which it goes to after even just 3 mins of charging) and 38%. Literally just those two numbers and nothing else - so I really have no idea if I’ve got enough charge to get through a workout.
It’s flashing that it’s charging now after going from 38 to 100 in 5 mins, but clearly it’s not yet at 100 because I don’t have the solid light yet.
Relatively minor in the scheme of things I suppose but it drives me a bit nuts.

Love the device but no Apple Health?!
The device is great and I hope they update the app…but this should def have Apple Health integration!
Great app, just wish it had a couple more features.
This app is what powers the Bionic gym electro-stimulating (my word, not theirs) pads. It works very well for that purpose, and has a really nice variety of “workouts,” but I wish it could keep a record of my “ workouts,” track “streaks”and maybe send little reminders of messages of encouragement to put the pads on and get moving.
It seems most of these negative reviews are several years old. I’ve never had trouble with the app, so I’d say they’ve worked out the bugs by now.

the app works
i’m not sure what happened to the other reviewers but the app works fine on my iphone. i don’t have connection issues related to the app. any connection issues i have are related to the physical wires if i take large steps. four stars because it could be more user design friendly, look slicker, and have more tracking or educational features.

This Product Does Not Work.
If you are interested in purchasing this, don’t. I wish I had read the reviews, because I would have saved myself almost $800. Customer service continues to say they will “troubleshoot” the issue but the reality is, this product is the CEO’s way of scamming people out of their money. Save your breath and save your money. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I was try to give it try and it didn’t work and try to return it nobody answer me and now after they told to ship it back and emailed me with refund once they will receive it now they deny the refund to me even after they never try to answer me within 22 days from purchase date what liars and crooks

The app just sits there after I checked off the boxes.
Can’t use app on my iPhone
Ever since the developers crashed the App back in May, I haven’t been able to log in via my iPhone 11. I’ve deleted the App many times and reloaded and nothing!! I spent $700 on a piece of technology that is rendered absolutely worthless without the App to run it. Thank God I still had my old iPhone 8, I discovered that the App works as it should on that device. But I shouldn’t have to do that, what if I didn’t have a 2nd phone/device?

App is barely useable
Product is great but the app is utter trash. Which in turn makes the product a huge hassle to use...soooooo please fix the garbage app that disconnects every time the wind blows
Infancy of the product but huge potential
This app is not perfect (not a lot too it at the moment beyond basic control), but the BionicGym device is game changing and there’s a lot that could be done with this app in the future.
Sunburn?
When I first tried using it, I thought I was allergic to the adhesive they used on the gel pads. It wasn’t that. It was more like a sunburn that eventually dried up and peeled away. That was in September and I’m still afraid to use it again.
Great!
The pads may lose contact w the app occasionally, but this is undeniable - heart rate up, sweating, while I work. This is a pandemic balsam for the lack of working out. I have experienced no rashes or pain (beyond what is expected from electro-muscular stim.)
Bad app and no updates
This app isn’t good enough to never be updated.
User friendly and simple
I enjoy how easy to use this app is, however connecting to the battery unit is often an issue - especially when my partner is using his gym too. However operating the machine itself (once connected) using this app is simple and helpful which is great.
Doesn’t work
It worked the first two weeks then gives the connection error every time now
Workouts dissapeared
Not sure if its a bug but got my bionic gum yesterday had all the workouts including pro unlocked. Now today all the regular workouts are gone off the app and only pro is avaliable.
