Don’t bother
The app is useless, you can’t manage anything using the app. You have to request a link to be sent to your email that never is sent.
Works okay could use some updating
Could use some updating. Like a widget for easy check in abilities instead of opening app and selecting check in then press and hold to check in. Seems ponderous.
Huge gaps in the physical product and the software
During the questionnaire, I was asked if I was allergic to anything in a multiple choice list. In the medical sense, I am allergic to none of them. In the loose sense, I am also not intolerant/reactive to anything on that list since it didn’t explicitly mention Methylated B vitamins. I am totally OK with normal B vitamins.
A list of vitamins was shared with me before ordering and subscribing and I was fine with it.
However, I started experiencing sleep issues. Methylated B vitamins do this to me. I checked the paper brochure that came with my welcome pack, it didn’t mention the B vitamins were methylated. I kept taking the granules but the sleep was still poor. I reached out to their CS and they told me in fact the B12 is methylated, though it’s not mentioned.
I asked for an updated formula without methylated B12, they said I have to wait until after the first 3 months are done. That’s not right. Or I can upgrade to Bioniq Pro, pay 3x and customize my B vitamins.
I just want the same formula without methylated
b vitamins, and I expect to get that free of charge because nowhere did they explicitly state the methylation though it’s common knowledge not everybody tolerates them. Had they mentioned it, that would be entirely on me. They didn’t, they should own up to it.
To make things a tiny bit worse, their app doesn’t allow me to view my subscription— I can only do that on the website. So the app doesn’t really work as intended.
