Can’t even log on. Change my password, then tells me it’s in correct. Reset it again. Same thing
Email address sold
Within one hour of purchasing this app, my email address was sold and I started receiving SPAM. I know how to tell where it comes from and it came from this app. Not happy at all🤬🤬🤬🤬
HARD TO CANCEL
They make this extremely hard to cancel. Once you navigate and find the cancel button they have a pop-up that comes up asking if you want lifetime for $14.99 but the way it pops up doesn’t allow you to scroll down to continue with the cancellation. So you have to login via computer to cancel.
Keeps erasing my progress
I’ve had this app for a while. When it’s working, it works fine. When it’s not working, it erases my progress, restarts the app from the beginning, adds weird widgets contrary to what I’m tracking or tells me it didn’t register my track for the past four days or more.
Button on app don’t work
I can’t look at a plan without getting stuck. The back button is just for show it seems. I have to restart the app which restarts the whole process again. A complete waste of time and money.
