HARD TO CANCEL
They make this extremely hard to cancel. Once you navigate and find the cancel button they have a pop-up that comes up asking if you want lifetime for $14.99 but the way it pops up doesn’t allow you to scroll down to continue with the cancellation. So you have to login via computer to cancel.
Keeps erasing my progress
I’ve had this app for a while. When it’s working, it works fine. When it’s not working, it erases my progress, restarts the app from the beginning, adds weird widgets contrary to what I’m tracking or tells me it didn’t register my track for the past four days or more.
Button on app don’t work
I can’t look at a plan without getting stuck. The back button is just for show it seems. I have to restart the app which restarts the whole process again. A complete waste of time and money.
Charged for this app and didn’t have it downloaded
This is just another gimmick- use a licensed nutritionist. I was charged for this app and didn’t have an account. Grossly overstated value.
Meh. Decent app, bugged on iPhone iOS version.
The app seems to work well but it is not formatted to fit the iPhone 17display. The buttons on the top are not aligned properly so you can’t select “back” or “settings”.
