Keeps erasing my progress
I’ve had this app for a while. When it’s working, it works fine. When it’s not working, it erases my progress, restarts the app from the beginning, adds weird widgets contrary to what I’m tracking or tells me it didn’t register my track for the past four days or more.
Button on app don’t work
I can’t look at a plan without getting stuck. The back button is just for show it seems. I have to restart the app which restarts the whole process again. A complete waste of time and money.
Charged for this app and didn’t have it downloaded
This is just another gimmick- use a licensed nutritionist. I was charged for this app and didn’t have an account. Grossly overstated value.
Meh. Decent app, bugged on iPhone iOS version.
The app seems to work well but it is not formatted to fit the iPhone 17display. The buttons on the top are not aligned properly so you can’t select “back” or “settings”.
There are better apps
I subscribe to this about a year ago because I thought it would be helpful in my ongoing weight loss journey and maintenance. I was constantly frustrated by the app. Every time I tried to set my fasting. Period. I could not get it to work. Finally, after about four days I gave up. There are so many better apps or you could just set an alarm on your phone. I should also add that they charged me a $66 renewal fee and I immediately asked them to reverse the charge because I don’t like or use the app and they offered 25% back. RIPOFF.

Hard to Cancel
They keep charging you unless you find the original email when you subscribed - that’s where to find the link to cancel. It took me months to figure this out. Cancelling your subscription through your Apple account does not work - even if you subscribed through your Apple account.
Life-changing results, but needs a UI update for Pro Max!
I can’t thank this team enough—I’ve lost 30 lbs in 2 months using this app for my health recovery! It works wonders. However, the interface is currently a struggle on the iPhone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.3).
Many buttons are clumped too close to the screen edges or hidden near the camera slot. On such a large screen, "reachability" is an issue; I’d love to see more navigation moved toward the bottom of the screen to prevent accidental taps. Once the UI is optimized for larger displays and the new iOS design, this is easily a 5-star app!

They auto renew and screw you!
Just so EVERYONE is aware. This company auto renews a membership and if you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance of their renewal, they don’t care and will take an entire years subscription. I can’t speak to the app as I haven’t used it in years, however, as far as doing business with them, buyer beware as they are rip off artists. Also anyone want to go in on a class action let me know. I’ll be first in the list.

All glitches when you try to cancel and they won’t refund your payments
Forget about a refund despite requesting one due to their app and online portal literally shutting down when you go to “manage subscription .” Thereby preventing you for canceling your account. I sent at least two messages to Customer support and finally now have been able to cancel subscription. However $62.00 every 3 months for over a year with an inability to cancel this crazy thing shows this app is NOT one you want to download . There has to be something better out there . Customers beware . Not worth it.

Actually 0 stars. Never received any confirmation of purchasing. Cannot speak to a live representative. Apple should remove this app.
Great app but bug makes it unusable
I have enjoyed using the app but with the most recent update I can click the back button in the top left corner. It’s right next to or sometimes beneath the time. Anytime I click into anything on the app I can’t get back to the main screen without quitting the app. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
Scam
Tried it, canceled it during free trial and they have continued to charge me for 7 months with no trail, had to go to the bank to report fraud and get a new card.
Lots of bugs
This apps has a lots of bugs!! Hopefully they’ll fix these bugs soon with an update!
They won’t let you cancel
The cancellation part of the app is broken and they have been billing me for years and I am unable to cancel as you cannot click on the link to cancel.
Took lot of info
Took lot of personal info in a quiz and only then disclosed that it’s fully paid. Not happy with the experience
Very good App… but…
I really loved this app and was prepared to renew my subscription. I used it every day, faithfully, until one day it kicked me out and forced me to “Get started”. I could not sign in anymore, nor could I change my password. I ended up canceling my subscription because I could not get back in. So frustrating.

Hard to cancel
I enjoyed the app but trying to cancel is next to impossible. Once they have you, they continue to charge your card and you have to waste your time trying to deal with it.
Smart Scale
We received the $124 Smart Scale as a gift! Super excited to use the app a get data points about my body type, body fat, BMI, BMR, muscle mass, bone mass, water, metabolic age and visceral fat sent to the app!
The app is free and unusable until you sign up for the “plan” which the cheapest is just under $3 a week. Nope. I do not need the “plan” I will be using the high tech Smart Scale to weight myself.
