Do not use this company
The scooters are broken every time. In the past 48 hours 3 out of 3 scooters have been faulty. I was charged for a 10 minutes just while my friends were looking for other bird scooters that weren’t fault. Also the app is garbage too.
The app’s not bad, but half the scooters don’t work
The app’s not bad but half the scooters don’t work or have issues some of them don’t even start yet you get charged anyway you can get this refunded but only up to a certain amount of times after that you get charged and then the free ride which you can’t claim. It’s a shame because I found the scooters good value and great fun. They could quite easily fix this by removing the refund cap for scooters that haven’t moved less than 10 yards because they fail to start.

Scooters are all broken
9 out of 10 scooters are broken, will break and won’t start in the middle of the trip. You have to push it all the way to a parking spot to end the trip. No customer service, only AI chatbot gives you coupons that CANNOT be redeemed with any subscription. Scam
Why wouldn’t you use this app?
Comes in clutch so many times in daily life. And with the new 1.99 deal. There’s no reason to not use this app. Been car free since 2024.
Bad for blacks
They don’t let you park or ride in black neighborhoods .. 👎🏾
