Fun but slow
Only goes 20mph needs more speed
Terrible, expensive, most of the vehicles don’t work
Vehicles stops on their own, I got charged with broken vehicles three times, more expensive than uber/lyft/waymo and very dangerous. Customer service wouldn’t refund me on my broken vehicles that stops in the middle of the road. Costed me 30 dollars on a 3 mile trip.
The app never works on payment method
This app rejects my payment method including debit card and credit card or apple pay. I was fine using other scooter until one day the other scooter was under maintenance. I called customer service try to get this solved and the incompetence of course blamed on my bank account is not working, and being lazy not to escalate it to IT. You know what , the other scooter go back to normal so I won’t have to use your bad service again.

Good is the enemy of great
I’m a frequent user but not daily user I wish I could walk up to a pile of scooters and bikes and get the one that has ample battery or that actually works versus the Russian roulette game of finding a machine that works… right now it’s just feels random… charge your batteries Bird…make sure your equipment works… and have an app that lets you pick the best machine out of the pile….

horrible customer service
They never answer emails. If they overcharge you and you submit a claim, they block you from using their service and never respond to anything. They are horrible!
