ABSOLUTELY SCAM
This app took my money before revealing that I could not even use the service. I registered while traveling in Spain with a Chinese passport. Bird never asked for identity verification, never warned me that my passport might not be supported, and instead immediately encouraged me to add money, making it look like I was ready to ride.
Only AFTER I paid and scanned a scooter did the app suddenly request identity verification. When I selected China as my nationality and tried to use my Chinese passport, the process became completely stuck with no option to continue.
This is absolutely outrageous. If Chinese passport holders cannot complete verification, Bird must disclose that BEFORE accepting payment—not after taking users’ money. The whole experience feels like an absolute scam: take the money first, then reveal that the customer cannot use the service.
Terrible app, misleading payment process, and completely unacceptable treatment of international travelers. Fix the verification system and refund every affected customer. ZERO STARS if I could.

New released version
New version of apps does not have “My Bird” so can’t find my A Frame bike anymore. How do I reset the message that say that I need a service for my bike?
It keeps over charging me and won’t send my money back
The app help, support, contacts are useless. When they over charge you, there’s no way to contact them. This isn’t the first time that it has happened to me, I’m so tired of it. I don’t write review but this is the worst service.
Disappointing product but good customer care
Scooter kept cutting out while on the road which was frustrating so i got off but they gave me a partial refund which is appreciated.

EULA claims rights over voice and image
This app requires you to give the company complete rights over your voice and image. Eg they could legally create AI generated ads with you in them.

Auto Payment error
Overall it works really good. Got into recent issue of my card got charged for auto renew of the pass even though i had it cancelled. There is no option to dispute the charge.
