Auto Payment error
Overall it works really good. Got into recent issue of my card got charged for auto renew of the pass even though i had it cancelled. There is no option to dispute the charge.

Tried 3 scooters now and none of them have worked. Back and forth with customer services constantly! Waste of time!

Got three birds that didn’t work and got changed activation fees on each one and 50 cents a minute. It didn’t get refunded

Unreliable scooters
The bird scooters in Vernon BC are in desperate need of maintenance. Ive ridden 4 now and all have had issues. Throttle that only works some of the time, dangerous flat tire, grips that move around, misaligned front wheel.

ABSOLUTELY A WASTE
They changed me well over 100 dollars for 2 scooters for 34 minutes. Then I couldn’t park them, I had to hold traffic in the middle of the road than move them all the way to a parking zone that isn’t in the road just to park them. Then they also said there would be a parking zone in a park which I looked for a good 10 minutes and couldn’t find anything. The only amount of money I got back was 2 dollars and some change. Will never ride this brand again

literally kept taking $3 out of my account which led to $21. it gave me back $15 just to take another $21
SCAM
I disputed $50 a while ago, maybe a year ago, they have a system where when you make an account you automatically have to agree to their terms etc, including the fact that it autoreloads the most amount of money it can into your account, they don't let you transfer the money back out from your account so I had to file a dispute if $50 on top of spending $25 more for a ride. I had extra money left and they got their lawyers to take back the $59 on top of the rest of my money in my account. They blacklisted my IP from entering my account and getting my remaining money in there, they kept my money. This company will scam you, get your lawyers involved if you can, I know I'll try to get this company investigated. Unless they give me my $50 they kept.
