Horrible

Just added 2-3 mins to my ride. AI review? What is this? Said I was in a no parking zone and i wasn’t even in it. I had to do 2 AI reviews to do it. Awful.

unable to find a way to get refunded for being overcharged due to app

unable to get refund twice after larger charges due to app not ending a ride and uploading photo. i tried every option on the app and help link provided and was only offered pennie’s on the charge as compensation. .57 on a $10 charge

Be careful

Generally a nice experience. But be warned, that some of the bikes are trash and not well maintained. The app does not make it easy for you to report damaged rides, and then you have to fight them for your money back.
