Incorrect chart
I didn’t get further than the first page of my birth chart because my rising was incorrect! I am quite certain of the info on my birth chart as I have been into Astrology for over a decade and Human Design for 5+ years…I am a Taurus sun and rising and Leo Moon 100%…but this app was trying to tell me my rising was a Scorpio! So I didn’t even read further since that was so blatantly incorrect 🤦🏽♀️ Also, my fiancé purchased a birthdate book for me a few years ago but did not complete the dedication page right away (due to unforeseen health issues that came up). He went back to finish it recently (all that needed completing was the dedication page) and the Birth Date Co customer service were seemingly accommodating, but it’s been 3+ months since then and we still have not received the book, despite it being fully paid for over two years ago!

Rising
I want to love this new app but my rising sign is wrong! Please help
Decent app, but my birth chart is straight up not correct 😂
Been a fan of the Birthdate company for several years, I even bought myself the book as a birthday present. This is a nice enough app, I could see myself wanting to use it, but the chart it calculated has incorrect house placements and an incorrect rising sign.. it even differs from the placements in my book (which are accurate).
