Worst app ever
I will never shop this app ever again. The product did not suit and return process was absolutely impossible and inconvenient.
Return policy sucks poor customer service
Great product overall. But return policy sucks and customer service is even worse. Their reviews on the actual website are filtered. They don’t post negative reviews.

Horrible App !! 2 nd week
One week later, I have had no help with the Cozy Earth app it logs in and will not go into my account. It says my name at the top of the page, but it says cannot load No one will help me. I welcome the creator of this app to call me. Or connect to me somehow and help me this is the worst app I’ve ever seen in 20 using an iPhone

Please don’t buy, scam material, made in Pakistan.
I was so sad. I paid almost $300 for a king set of bamboo sheets and when they arrived, I could instantly tell that the material is not real bamboo linen and absolutely the synthetic form. I was so sad that this was just another scam and I couldn’t believe how cheap the material was when I opened the package. Only then I realized all of the reviews are fake and I am instantly returning my package but I am sure that I can forget about a refund with a company like that.
