Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Perigold at 4.9 against Cozy Earth's 3.7. Perigold also leads on ratings volume (8K vs 65) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Cozy Earth's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (16 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
