Every bissell product i’ve owned has been amazing 10/10. I just got the new vacuum/ mop flex clean robot and it is the best purchase I have ever made, well worth the money!

Im having login issues just like everybody else. The app sucks. I have to create a new login and connect my device every time.

Very Bad App
In one of the latest updates, when you try to log into the app, there is no keyboard to enter your id and password. Paste is the only option available. Just a very poor way of doing things.

App not working
The app is not allowing me to sign in with my Apple account. I signed in on the first night with my Robot vacuum and the app hasn’t worked since.
Can’t log in
I input my login info on ios app & it keeps taking me back to the login page. My info is correct because I can login on the website, but that doesn’t allow me to run the vacuum. I’ve tried deleting the app, restarting my phone & re-installing the app. I’ve tried changing my password. Nothing fixes it. Trying to decide whether to return the vacuum. Please provide assistance.

Very unhappy
This app sucks. It worked great originally, but ever since yesterday I cannot log in. It logged me out, and when I reenter my login info, it just takes me back to the welcome sign in screen. Support is no help, telling me to delete and redownload the app, change the password. I’ve done all that. I’ve even tried logging in on other peoples phones nd it still doesn’t work. I can’t even use my vacuum now because you have to manually change the settings in the app.

Ever since the latest update it doesn't work.
I have had two Bissell spinwave vacuums for six years. Minor problems with the app off and on until this latest update. It wants me to login but it just goes in a circle asking me to sign in, sign in, sign in, sign in, etc. I even tried setting up a new ID and guess what - it wanted me to sign in again and again and again and again and again and again. I deleted the app and reinstalled - nope. I tried turning off wifi - nope. I tried from another device - nope. When I click on App Support here, PAGE NOT FOUND. Isn't anyone supporting the app anymore? I went to the Bissell website - NO SUPPORT. Are you all going bankrupt?

It doesn’t connect
My vacuum didn’t start as scheduled so i tried signing in and its not recognizing my info. I tried what others recommended and still its not letting me login in this is so frustrating!
Suddenly can’t log in
The app was fine until the most recent update, and now it doesn’t allow me to log in. On an Android phone I have no problem logging into this app, so it is definitely not a credentials issue. I use an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.5.2.
App Struggles
The robot itself is great. The app can control lots of different settings for the robot, but the app has logged me out and won’t let me log in. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, changing default browsers, and going off of the WiFi like troubleshooting has asked, but still no luck. It seems I’m not the only one with issues based on these reviews. If the app is going to be so buggy, I wish they would give a remote to access the settings to the robot easier.

Not working
The app is no longer allowing me to Sign in with Apple ID. It is just a never ending cycle of hitting the sign in button.

The app won’t work. It logged me out over night and now it’s stuck on the sign in part. I’ve refreshed I’ve deleted the app I’ve ch aged my password.
App doesn't work.
Can't sign into the app so can't use the vac, login just spins and goes back to the sign in page. Stored password works fine on their website, app is for some reason junk. Phone reset, app delete/reinstall, password change... Nothing fixes it. Been two days of this, so frustrating.
Last update broke it
A couple of days ago I lost the ability to log in. Tried changing password, even tried to create a new account. No luck
