Very Bad App
In one of the latest updates, when you try to log into the app, there is no keyboard to enter your id and password. Paste is the only option available. Just a very poor way of doing things.
Last update broke it
A couple of days ago I lost the ability to log in. Tried changing password, even tried to create a new account. No luck

We have bought quite a few robot vacuums and sent them back. They did not perform as promised. We have two Australian Shepherds and hair is constantly everywhere. Other robot vacuums promised that they could pick up pet hair with no problem and they could not. BISSELL robot vacuum has no problem. The mop feature is a plus as well. I highly recommend this product.

When the app works, it works great, but appears to have map related bugs.
The app works great for a couple of weeks and is generally user friendly, however it seems to revert back to an older, unedited map version of my house every couple of weeks, and the only way to correct it is to perform a factory reset of my robot and re-map the house. This is pretty inconvenient to have to perform this factory reset and re-map every 3 weeks or so.

Love the machine. Makes things simple and cleaning of the house is easier to run this during the week than clean thoroughly clean on the weekend!
BISSELL robotic vacuum
Its a great product I have had a one or two issues but they were nothing and they were very easy to fix. It does the best job ever! I have had this older model for four years and it cleans carpet so well. I love it

Hi I can’t log in. I put in my sign on info and the app goes right back to the sign on page. I’ve done everything turn the phone off and on, airplane mode, Bluetooth on/off. Hasn’t worked all day. I can’t clean my house. I turned off my WiFi which is what ChatGPT suggested and it works now. So it’s good the app is fine, takes a bit to learn how to use.

I absolutely LOVE my robot vacuum. The app is a little less user friendly than I’d like. I had to work with it quite a while to really figure out how it worked. Had to completely reinstall and remap my house at least once. But I have been able to use it well for the most part, so 4 stars because the vacuum itself deserves 5.

Great product
I’ve owned my BISSELL robot vac for a few years now and although I have experienced a few hiccups along the way with logging in to the app, it was minimal and aside from that the app has always worked fine for me. The vacuum itself, does a wonderful job and that was surprising since it was a fraction of the cost of an iRobot and/or Shark robot vacuums. The vacuum doesn’t follow a specific pattern, but it runs long enough that it doesn’t miss a thing. It’s also quieter than that iRobot. Whenever mine decides to call it quits, I will definitely purchase another one because it does everything the others do just for a lot less, which means a lot these days :)

Better than I expected, clean amazing. The best part is that we can alternate to mopping when we decide. Almost 6 years ago we bought it an not regret about it. The key to keeping in good shape basic maintenance after each use it.
