Purchased Bitcoin on their app with my debit card through Banax which advertised a 2% fee I only got 75% of my bitcoin because Bitcoin Depot charged me a 23% fee which I did not see you when I purchased it and when I asked them where on the app their fees are located. They told me I had to go to their website that it’s not listed on the app. Ripping people off most any other wallets will charge 2 to 3% not 23%. When I called, they give me the runaround every time so they know exactly what they’re doing! Took 23% for doing nothing. Collecting others to get the federal trade commission to shut them down!

$400 lost
Well I haven’t ever had an issue with these guys. But I deposited $400 at an atm at a Circle K (one I have used and had no issues with, mind you) and here I am almost 2 full days later with no kind of help from support. No blockchain pending no transaction in my ‘order history’ on the app. I have spoken to support upwards of 5 times for an explanation and was told every time in the end that their engineers/tech guys/whatever they wanted to spin it as were ‘working on it’.. On top of that I know for a fact I am being lied to because one of the support agents told me it is a comparability error, another one told me it was a network error, another one told me it was the FIRST TIME IN THEIR HISTORY AS A COMPANY that this problem has occurred…. And every single time I was led to the same conclusion, they could tell me nothing. So I am waiting here now for the money. Until then, 0 stars is my rating. The absolute cloak and dagger scheme they try and front out on the phone is disgusting. Do better for your customers.

I added 140 to there bitcoin wallet and there machine said a 3$ fee. Apparently there is a hidden fee the they don’t tell you about. Which then my 140 turned into 95$ never doing business with these people again. Be warned!

Glitch error on my wallet balance
I had $2,100 saved in my Bitcoin wallet. Unfortunately, I sent out $300, so I expected to have $1,800 left. But when I tried to send the max amount, I was only able to send $1,580. Now my balance shows $222, but I can’t send it out—it keeps saying ‘insufficient funds,’ even though the balance is still visible on my dashboard.

Don’t use scammer
They charge fees between 18%-50% transaction which you can’t see on the atm machine just the 3$ flat fees so they can fool you to deposit and at the end you will find out you received 35% less than you deposit, scammers
Fees are too high!
I have found much more efficient ATMs. CoinFlip, for one, is much more cost effective. No more Bitcoin Depot for me.
