Very bad support on issues withdrawal rewards
I have written several email to support about issues withdrawing rewards and I have not heard back from them yet, it’s look like there’s no body looking at issues or concerns from customers on that department, more than a month I have an invoice stuck in pending status, I have trying to withdrawal to a different wallet and same issues, so you can’t withdraw rewards from bitcoin magazine any more, not to good for “the must trusted bitcoin “ voice in bitcoin, hope someone can read my review and may be can change to 5 stars

I love the app, reading articles and earning SAT’s. However recently the app wanted me to log in with a OTP via email. I have tried to log in multiple times with the OTP, and I am unable to log in. I hope the issue is resolved soon. Thank you!
Loved the app but ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT
I have been using the app for a while and loved it. I’ve learned a lot more about crypto and earned a few sats while at it. That was until this last time. It states my sats are there pending withdrawal. It’s been that way for days now. I emailed their support team multiple times and not once did I even get a response. Apple should remove these scam apps from the App Store. They claim to offer certain things for users to do certain tasks. Once user takes their time to do mentioned tasks, they don’t receive what’s supposed to be received for completion of these “tasks.” Therefore, making this basically a scam which shouldn’t be on app stores.

A whole bunch of bull
I was reading articles and snapping necks and cashing checks, and as I was approaching withdraw threshold (which is a dumb concept) my account was placed on hold and my satoshi balance was locked. Now I can’t even log into the account. I’ve emailed them with no response. Just seems kind of crappy! Are negative review stars an option yet???

Great app but now won’t let me withdraw
It’s a great app but now can’t withdraw anymore says not expecting new wallets but I’m not new been almost three weeks and hoping to hear back from support :(

4 various reasons,I hava not had access to leave the BM app for varying lengths of time; lengths spanning a week to four months~~~
~~~Today when I re-enter the application, I found transferring all cumulative Sats from my prior reads to wallet of Satoshi to be of no problem.
~~~Between the ease of transfer and the major change of articles pay out significantly more than five Sats per read I highly recommend this application.

Love this app. Very informative and detailed. It’s truly excellent for having a lighting network and the ability to stack free sats while enjoying new daily articles. Highly recommend to anyone new in the space that wants to get informed or whom is interested.
Good stuff
Love the articles. But the adds pop up erratically. I don’t mind watching an occasional ad. But they repeatedly pop up disrupting the article even if I already watched the ad.

Easiest way to earn sats and learn about Bitcoin. I do all my bitcoin reading on this app, because they pay me in sats to do so. It’s a double win. Oh… and follow them on Twitter for #flashfriday were they give away sats!

No help
Had trouble signing back into the app after I completed my BTC 21 days quiz and haven’t heard anything back from the company. Very weird being that they owe me 2100 sats that I can’t log in to my app anymore… not to mention I had to go to the company that owns this “magazine” personal website to find some sort of help/contact us information… very unprofessional. Maybe have more than one way to login in or verify the user then just their email because your system doesn’t work.

I am brand new to the crypto world but have come to rely on reading this publication daily! I’ve kind of got the fever and cannot get enough information from one single source - what I especially like is the diverse subject matter for example, one day I’m reading about Bitcoins impact on small farming cooperatives, the next (or same) day I’m reading about the “ordinals issue”, and the next (or same) day I’m reading about Bitcoins adoption as legal tender in El Salvador! I cannot get enough. I saw a link to become a contributor, although I do not have the knowledge now, it would definitely be something I would consider down the road. Keep up the good work, 5 out of 5 stars
