For some reason, this is the only Bitdefender app missing a Dark Icon.
Can you guys please update this app’s icon to the current standard of app icons, introduced in iOS 18?
I’m confused why this is the only Bitdefender app installed on my iPad and iPhone, missing the Dark Icon feature that was introduced in iOS 18? Apple devices are now running os versions “26” and this app is behind.
Every other Bitdefender app installed on my devices, has the Dark Icon feature, so it’s quite strange that the Central app doesn’t have a Dark Icon and is sticking out like a sore thumb with its white background, while the other Bitdefender apps… have a black background on their icons.

Subscription running out
Seems to work fine, but I really not got a clue what’s happening.. questions and I want to ask, no Support.. only about two weeks later.. if I owned a Ferrari or six.. I have read it would be better.. I’m going to try Norton 360.. I have to do… I’ve already spoken to their Support… been with you for over three years never been anywhere near.. Tony Yeomans

Be weary, don’t trust them to have access to your devices or data. So disappointing.
App asks for a rating, can’t use it unless you quit app
A pop up comes up asking you to rate the app in the app store and no matter what you choose it doesn’t close and you can no longer use the app. You have to quit and restart then you can use it again until the pop up shows up again
I am getting ready ticket off with what is going on with the fully paid subscription I’d paid for
I haven’t gotten any help with my actual paid for subscription when this app and my other services are showing that I have a full subscription for one of your top products and this is only showing that I have the free mobile app and the standard version of the vpn and I have always been sending support emails that something wasn’t right and my vpn is suppose to be the unlimited version and it is only showing the standard version of the vpn and I’ve had nothing but problems with getting error messages all the time and then I didn’t purchase this from the App Store because I got ripped off once before and they wouldn’t even give me a refund and I am not using this total security subscription and this app is showing two different types of services so what is going on with all of these services and I am seriously about to fully deactivate all of these things and apple will not help you with any of these services and I am feeling like I am just getting screwed around my mobile app was showing even this Ai chat support and then it totally disappeared and nothing to do with this app is the same anymore and I certainly didn’t get the free version of this app and I suppose apple except you to purchase a mobile subscription after I’ve already paid for a full subscription

This app has never worked correctly at all
This wasn’t not even working and something very suspicious was going on especially when I see these black lines and black screens Like seriously this app hasn’t ever worked totally correctly at all and nothing but issues and it was doing the same thing like it has been doing for countless years with black lines and black screen running down the screen and wouldn’t even respond at all and after what email support just told me what has been happening you’re ‘entire security systems and protocols need to be seriously majorly upgraded to far better security protocols and security keys across all your Bitdefender products

Thank you for protecting me while every other website was banning me when I was being hacked thousands of my dollars were stolen by big corporations and companies. They blocked my data started monitoring me refused. They did that when I had it on video. I’m never using AI again.
Perfect for family management, one minor feature requested.
I needed a solid virus scanner for gaming teen ages and aging parents.
This allows me to install and view issues across all their laptops and phones.
The only thing is that there was a way to opt out of some alerts — for example we don’t need web protection because we have another vendor with VPNs on our iphones. It is annoying seeing alerts for something that came bundles that I don’t use and already have covered.
Would love to see a feature that allows us to control alerting or disable features in the family pack bundle.

It’s Intuitive
I like the entire Premium Security suite because it’s a “set & forget” all-in-one service. Plus, set-up, operating, etc. is very intuitive.
Reliable Security
My IT friends recommended this app several years ago. I didn’t even use all its features then. But now that there have been multiple data breaches from software companies that store medical information and my personal information and they have been breached I am more vigilant. I feel this company is a great line of defense for my devices.
