Can’t manually add sites

Unlike the original password manager with Bitdefender Password Manager and then re-login a second time and then you can add a new site and password manually. This is a horrible ‘upgrade’.

Edit: I just logged into another website. Secure Pass is open. Did it remember my credentials? Of course not! It’s a POS app. Use a different app.

Not all that

I’m had Bitdefender Password Manager before with no trouble. This one is a pain and even though I have an account, once I download it to my iPhone and try to open it, it will NOT respond to Connect To Account / just sits there - even after deleting it and reinstalling it.

Slow and poor responsive design

Was looking at moving to SecurePass from 1Password. SecurePass is far behind in functionality and is very slow when not on a high speed internet connection. I travel a lot and not every location has high speed connectivity. Does not render well on an iPad. There are much better alternatives in the market.

App not logging in

App is not logging in via google account, loader keeps on spinning. Please fix, otherwise 5 stars.

Liked the older version better

I tried using it for a few months but is very clumsy in finding passwords or stored credit cards. I uninstalled and went back to former version.

I have loved bit defender for years but not anymore

Something has changed in the programming and I am having to login every day or bit defender is not working in the background. That seems really unnecessary and cumbersome to me, in addition to leaving me vulnerable if I don't think about logging in first thing when I start to use my PC or laptop or phone.

FIX THIS!!!

I’m trying to use this on Safari from my laptop, but now it isn’t working! Thank God I can access my passwords from the SecurePass app from my phone. I can only imagine how things would’ve went had I not done so 😒. I’m paying this money per month only for this program not to work?! COME ON!!

Secure pass on ipad

Downloaded secure pass on my ipad , use bitdefender on all devices so was looking forward to making more secure .
I tried to set it up and possibly transfer my passwords into the app , after a long time trying gave up , apparently it doesn't allow transfer from Safari and no way am i going to redo all my passwords
Shame but had to delete it

Just bought. I followed the installation instructions dry carefully. It fails to install properly and does not work on iPhone or on iPad. Do not waste money on it!
