Excellent love these. I have a property in France and the translation is just perfect, really impressed. And so cheap. Bought the Apple ones too and I must say there isn’t much difference between them.
Also with these you both can have an ear piece so you can have a two way conversation.

The app is helpful except for while I’m using GPT because like it doesn’t really like when I’m talking listen like I’m using the headphones to talk right now and like I have to keep saying stuff over and over and over it’s not working and it keeps turning off and like if you stop, it’s done.
Nonfunctional
I only had my ear plugs for a little over a month and the AI translation barely works. They work well as earphones when listening to music but I bought them for the translation ability.

This product was amazing. Translated everything correctly, good battery life and can use as regular earbuds. I am so excited to use this for traveling. Was also very cheap and easy to get.

App is worthless
I’ve not been able to enjoy the translator because I can’t get the app to work. I have tried the Amazon option, Google option, and Apple sign on options. None work. If I choose email, the code never arrives. If I chose phone login, code never arrives. I get error messages that say “ request failed..please try again later” but it never works. My mom bought 3 of these for our trip to Europe. A total waste of money.

Tried to download the app from the Q-code and that failed. First download of app, also failed. Second download, none of the features work. I am returning the headset and getting my money back. Absolutely do not spend money on their products if this is an example of their “quality”
