Compared to last year my recent experience with customer service was prompt and professional. I think they have made huge progress in that direction
Do NOT Trust This Company
They are quite clearly a scam. They will change KYC requirements on a whim and then when you send them your valid documents, they will freeze your account for months. They won’t say why. They’ll ignore all inquiries. Avoid at all costs!
Beware
Do not trade on this platform. Hopeless staff who never deal with queries and just close the chat. I’ve been trying to verify for 6 months with zero help. They just close tickets and help chats after saying it’s resolved but never do anything.

DUMB CUSTOMER SERVICE
The dumbest customer service I have EVER communicated with. They sent me an email saying my account is disabled when it is verified and active. They request KYC verification but have no idea what documents or info is need, they send an email a week with a different requirement, they have no idea what they want!!and keep mentioning they are secure and ignoring all my other questions.
Supporting regional startups is not worth the annoyance especially with their limited currencies.

Constant and sudden change of rules
Unfortunately Bitoasis is unreliable, keeps changing the rules suddenly with immediate effect. And at the end the customer gets stuck with these functional disables, freezes and what ever they surprise you with. This is coming from what they call a VIP customer, they’re also unwilling to solve these sudden changes although we have gone through a rigorous KYC process. Disappointing!

Unable to sign in and withdraw assets
For everyone out here using Bitoasis, do some research as this company has been convicted and blocked by the UAE government from operating. There are several other Arab countries that still allow its operation for now. I suggest to try to get your assets back and close your account. The support teams are incompetent, my withdrawals never arrived and I have been in the crypto sphere for many years. This is nothing new except if an exchange provides incorrect information or criminal conduct. The UAE is one of the most crypto friendly countries so if VARA blocks its operation, there is something very wrong. Signing in is no longer possible. The chat on WhatsApp support is of no use and tries to extend time for intensions beyond my understanding. Please get your money out while you can as this is about to go bad, these companies give the crypto industry a bad name.

App keeps crashing and unable to log in.
BitOasis is one of the poorer platforms for crypto trading. App keeps crashing while no update available. The fees are exorbitant compared to the majority of other platforms. Lots of work to be done before considering this as your main gateway.

Sign up & sing in are the worst. When I get logged out it’s a true pain to sign in again as the flow has so much bugs

I registered, completed Tier 1 verification, and successfully transferred crypto to BitOasis. However, my attempt to deposit funds from a linked bank account resulted in my account being locked. Despite confirming it wasn't a bank issue, the first-level support proved ineffective. After escalation, a BitOasis representative called, stating my Tier 1 verified account was locked without a clear explanation. They insisted on a video chat for verification, offering no alternatives. Refusing video chat, my account remains locked, rendering funds inaccessible. I find this platform unreliable and won't use it again.

Deposit problem
Very bad customer service and unacceptable delays. I transferred yesterday funds to my account and they did not deposit them because of issues with their bank and delays from their side. They made me loose a significant trade opportunity. Their customer service team replies very sporadically to emails and they do not clarify specifically what is required. Worst thing is that you cannot reach them by phone…my funds have not been credited yet and it is very frustrating. Find a better exchange if you want your deposits to actually work on time.

Reliable and safe
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to just on the crypto and invest buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 180,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and I tried to see if they were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of Cybercryptohacks (At) gmailcom So I file a report on and and he was able to help get back all my lost funds within 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. This was once the best option in the region
Slowly but surely the response times of basic actions started getting slower. Eth transfers taking 6-12 hours (regardless of size). Slow deposits. Even slower withdrawals. The more I used the service the worse it got. Would highly advise anyone seeing this to examine all alternatives first to avoid frustration

Bad service
If I could give negative stars I would have done that. They keep you hanging when you need them the most. I don’t recommend this app to anyone. I lost so much money with them they not even help you when u need it
