I used to the app because it was really easy to use and stop using it because a change my phone number and know when I try to log in the passcode keeps sending it to the old number, I try to contact support but I have got any help. I got all the information to make sure that I’m the owner of the account and I can asure that nobody has log in a while to the account because I was not able. I hope I can get the help I need to be able to log in.

They are locking money
Bitrue locked my money, without any reason, when asked for withdraw they said that you can make other account and this will be frozen, so they stole my money, don’t have a deal with them.

Very poor futures trading experience
I had a very disappointing experience trading futures on Bitrue.
During a high-volatility period on a low-liquidity pair, the price showed extreme spikes and sudden movements that led to forced liquidation. According to the chart data I observed, the timing and price movement did not match what was reflected during my liquidation.
I contacted customer support and provided screenshots and explanations, but the response was simply that this was “normal market behavior,” with no clear or transparent breakdown of how the liquidation price was calculated.
This experience has caused me to lose trust in Bitrue Futures. I will not continue using this platform for futures trading and would advise other traders to be very cautious, especially with low-liquidity contracts.
