BKT app ks functional, but missing key features
While Raiffeisen and Credins in Albania have already introduced Apple Pay, BKT still hasn’t caught up. It would be great to see BKT focus more on improving the overall user experience. For example, the app still struggles with basic features like autocompletion when paying utility bills or phone receipts. Additionally, it’s not possible to select a default source account when making transfers, the app always chooses one automatically, which can be frustrating for users who have multiple accounts (e.g., savings in ALL, EUR 1, EUR 2, etc.).
There are also several modern banking features missing, such as virtual cards, automatic savings options, savings “pots” similar to Monzo, and spending categorization like what Wise and other leading banking apps already offer. These improvements would make the app far more user-friendly and competitive.

Great and functional app. This app is well developed and is very user friendly. I can access everything I want at my fingertips. Definitely much better than the apps that I have used for my banks in US.

When trying to do an international transfer it gave me a backoffice bug. When trying to submit a complaint about this, the input form also bugged out.

App does not open at all.
The app gets stuck on the splash screen since the last update. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro. Also doesn’t work on an iPhone X.
