New app sucks
The app sucks after the update. Cant even order for delivery or use my account discounts / balance. The app will take me to another site that sucks as well and never allows me to log in.. why try to fix somethinh when it was working to make it worst.

Worst app
Multiple logins to order. Can’t redeem rewards or discounts. Guess it’s fine if you don’t expect any extras to work and pay full price
Optional items are required?!
Tried to order a 6oz. Top Sirloin entree for pickup, Temperature & 2 Sides are required, all other add-ons should be optional but I can’t add the meal to the cart unless I include 10 add-ons! Please fix the app/site so I can enjoy a meal from Black Angus……too bad that won’t happen tonight :-/
Cant order in app
App shows me logged in but when attempting to order it takes me to a separate load that doesnt have my account logged, wont allow me to login, and states my email is not registered to receive rewards or order when ive had an account a long time and still receive promotional emails. Cannot place order without being able to login to said account. Bad update to app or the account system. Will cost you business.

Login issues with update
I can no longer order via app, I’m directed to a website that doesn’t have my login details. Seems like a common problem. Please address this.
App just glitches on delivery
I’m logged into the app put in my order and then asks me to log in again and doesn’t accept my password and doesnt even let me change it
There is no option to use GC balance
I inputted my Angus gc and received $50 in my Gift cash balance. There is no option at checkout to use my $50 gift cash balance at all. It wants me to input the gc card number again. Then it states gc balance insufficient. I want to pay the difference with my debit not pay the whole thing with my debit card. This is highly frustrating cause me to lose out on a black angus meal after 50 mins of trying to figure it out still no successs the restaurant closed. I want to delete my account but I’m afraid I’ll lose my $50 gift cash. This app is definitely not making it easier to order.

Wrong direction
THIS IS AN APP NOT WEB ORDER🤬. The new update is ridiculous and useless. I send feedback to the customer service and now I get blocked using the previous version. I order weekly and was not able to make any order this week after I told them I still using the old app. The new update also changed the easy option way to order to complicate web order.

Won’t let you log in
This is the second time this week alone the app. And website, do not work. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Says my username and password don’t match. I’ve reset my password…only for it to not accept my new password.
Logging in issues
Lousy update!!! I open the app and it shows all my points and my options as to cash them in. Do I order and to go to checkout it requires me to log in again. When I attempt to do that it doesn’t recognize either my email or password. I changed my password and still the same issue! Can we get that fixed, actually there’s no need for that log in! So much for an order today! Please fix soon!

Poorly Timed
I used the app to purchase a 4 lb. uncooked prime rib. Using a reward, I made the order and the app tells it will be ready at 8:19 PM, but then I end up having to wait until 8:51 PM to receive my order. Not even an update sent out. Glad I didn’t order a meal to eat right away. Your app needs to be able to update the time orders are ready. Very frustrating when nobody has the decency to apologize after waiting more than 30 minutes extra.

Incomplete Order
I know it is New Year’s Eve; however, my usual complete order was not tonight! The prime rib was 1/2 the size of my 24oz order. The loaded baked potato was missing. One salad was missing. The extra loaf of bread was missing. I paid $110 for only $50 worth of dinner. Pretty disappointing start to the new year!!!!

Inconsistent Steak Quality
We ordered the Camp Fire Feast for 2 on Christmas Eve and the meal was perfect. We ordered the Steak Lobster Trio special 5 days later and the meat was overcooked, full of ligaments and we could not eat it. Both were the same size sirloin steak but it tasted horrible. Inconsistency will guide us to another restaurant for our special occasion meals

Got the order wrong again.
App’s fine, features are meh
The app remembers almost nothing as you enter info and only lets you use one gift card at a time, which isn’t ideal if you’ve been gifted more than one. If you could bank them and transfer balances, might be more useful. Not terrible but could be much better.
