Should be removed from store. Important messages are lost. Its disconnecting all the time.
Atrocious App, BlackBerry is the worst
When it works, it’s reliable but when it doesn’t, it’s absolute trash. It’ll just keep looping - trying to connect then retry after another 60 seconds. Absolute trash. I could use this app too and it is super unreliable. This goes from working to not working randomly and completely unpredictably and they don’t seem to care to fix it.

It worked until I couldn’t log in
All BlackBerry suite apps work except for this one. The QR code and access code failed despite I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.

Stopped working
The app fails to sign on and gets into a retry loop over and over. And I know it’s the app being problematic, because Blackberry Work seems seems to work every time. Please fix this bug!
Worst company app ever
Logging in takes ages and when I am trying to chat with anybody the app shuts down instantly. Basically it cannot even deliver its main functionality...
Does not work
The application crashes every single time I try to open a chat window by clicking on the name of one of my colleagues. I have the permission set up on the backend in our company.
Everyone is Still Offline
Why is this still an issue when people have been complaining about it for months? If I can’t see who is online why am I using this? It completely defeats the purpose.
Worst in connection
Apps trying to connect server hours in hours keep failed even reinstall does not working.
Can’t connect
Defeats the whole purpose of having this app on my phone when I can’t connect. IT said to uninstall and reinstall but still doesn’t work. Terrible product.

It’s always trying to reconnect and never gets stable connection. Issue needs to be fixed immediately.

No se conecta, no avisa de nuevos mensajes, es todo un caos.
Notificaciones
Se desconecta constantemente y núnca llegan las notificaciones. Tienes que estar abriendo hasta la app constantemente para que entren.
Everyone Offline
After the update it now shows all my contacts offline when they are online.
Cannot Connect
Great idea but can never connect...sort of ironic, yes? Doesn’t work anymore...delete.
