Just installed & immediately crashed
Can’t even type a utility name before it crashes, crashes, crashes.

App keeps crashing every time I add an update — whether I add my info (address, email, etc) or add an institution. So, I can’t seem to add my address. I was able to follow my city government and got a text that I was signed up for alerts. Here’s hoping this app was just a vehicle for signing up and I’ll be able to get text alerts without needing this app again.

Waste of time
The app keeps crashing I can’t even complete my user information. Whenever I hit next the app shuts down. Whenever I search for a community the app shuts down.
Terrible; useless
Useless app; I’ve never before written a critical review but this app is really bad.
1) the app has no password recovery, so I had to create a new login using a different email.
2) things just don’t seem to work in the app; for instance, when I enter my address the app ALWAYS crashes and closes. No error message, just closes. But the address is required.
3) app doesn’t provide a way to delete former addresses.

How can you have an app without a way to reset your password when forgotten? Why have the app?
Not user friendly
Navigation stinks and it’s just not user friendly. Make edits and changes to subscriptions (schools) is a pain.
Waste of time and probably a SCAM
I signed up for this app at the behest of my daughter’s school for all of their notifications. Since then, my password isn’t working and there’s no “forgot password” or customer service link. Nothing. I’ve tried every password I can think of. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app. I’ve tried setting up a new account, which it blocks, saying I already have one. I’ve tried emailing Blackboard with no response. This is truly a terrible app and a total waste of valuable time. Extremely frustrating and useless in the most basic terms.

You can’t reset your password... The last time I was in it didn’t load the information and it’s hard to navigate through.

Difficult to navigate then it still does not set up for proper notifications.

Can’t find my sin’s school despite following the directions several times.
DO NOT Register
I never received log on verification in my email after several requests. So app is useless and now they have my email address. For what purpose???
App & Online problems
The app won’t let me log on anymore, it keeps saying my password is wrong. When I go on their website & hit “Forgot password” it gives me a security question to answer & that question is not one I picked out, I would never pick it out. Then the one I do recognize “Name of first pet?” When I put the answer in it tells me I am wrong. It only gives those two questions so I have no way into my account.
