They literally are a cash scam the purposely give you overdrafts and then won’t take them away they offer 0 overdraft protection even if requested and they will not work on you in reversing the overdraft fees even when they are at fault for the fee

This app used to be great! Now all it does it say error on server end, crash, or just plain lwon’t do anything! Disappointing!!!!

Haven’t had many issues with the app itself but it’s irritating whenever my account won’t sync up and show me an updated statement, seriously needs to be fixed not the first time I’ve had to deal with this

It shows purchases pretty quickly and I like the feature to change the name. Really helpful for trans individuals!
What’s annoying is the constant errors when trying to deposit a check. I’ll type in an amount, let’s say $200 which is the amount on the check, and it will come up as something insane like $400,500,200.80. Just ridiculous amounts that come from nowhere. The numbers that appear aren’t even on the check, which is more confusing. It’s happened twice now and the first time I worried it may have been my fault and wound up mistyping.

Doesn’t keep a running balance
The older version was way better, this one seems to take forever to show new purchases and also doesn’t have a running balance after a purchase. I hope they change this, otherwise I’ll have to change banks...
Liked the old one better
The new website and mobile app don’t have a running balance with each transaction , and the old mobile deposit did not require me to write my account number on the back. Haven’t found anything in the new version that seems better than the old one.
Same issue
I can access my account because the app will not allow me to type in verification code.
Check deposit
Don’t like the new app for deposits.
Why change
I was able to sign in before, now with this new app it keeps saying I need to verify my account. There is no where to do this so now I can’t access my account.
