Too easy

I hit the end in 1 hour as a beginner learning how to count. There is no real practic except just hit and stand. I wanted to learn how to implant the count into the sheet or play with like 1k chips and see how well I do with the new strategies I learnt. I just think there is so much room for improvement.

More levels are needed in module 2

Bring back the bigger stacks on module 2 so that we can practice not losing the count at bigger stacks and make module 3 at pro speed faster

Pay to play, read the real reviews

You go through a questionnaire asking for a review before even playing anything, and then a measly 3 day trial before needing a subscription to play.

We know hitting the paywall early is frustrating, but we offer it because many users like to activate the full version when they are trying it out. We hear you on the review prompt showing up too early, and we will take another look at its timing.

Could not even explore the app for 5 mins before it blocks access to ANYTHING and asking for subscription.

The entire app is a paywall. You only get to practice a few hands of black jack until the app tells you to join their subscription. If you decide not to, the app becomes useless and you won’t be able to use any of the features. At this point it should be a paid app, not a free with in app purchases.

Not realistic practice

Every time ive played im always stuck on negative counts and rarely ever get anything positive. Ive finally realized that its not a standard deck and the count does not end on 0 when the shoe is finished like it should.
This app should also allow you to practice situations you commonly get wrong but it cant even do that either

Thanks for writing. The deck is a standard 52-card deck and the count math is correct: with Hi-Lo, +1 and -1 cards balance to 0 across a fully dealt shoe. If the shoe is cut before all cards are dealt (which matches real casino penetration), the count will not land on 0 at the end, that is expected. On practicing your common mistakes, you can do that with the Smart Trainer feature.

It’s truly unbelievable that a blackjack app will make you pay $9 a WEEK to even use the app!

Great app but missing most important feature.

Has everything you need to get going, however one serious gap is keeping the running count. There is no section to practice the most important part. Keeping the count over multiple full table hands while playing one or two. Also, no point in counting a 52-Card deck. The whole point is that counting any deck of cards will equal 0 running count. They just threw it in for more content. Hopefully this is addressed in module 3. If it is, then this will be undisputed best budget way to learn counting.

Paid but locked out

The app started off good and then when my 3 day free trial was up it charged me and then denied me access to play without buying it again so I canceled my subscription I paid for and could no longer use since the app was trying to get me to sub again to the three day trial

Hi Fun and creative! If you have a trial or are paying you should be able to access the entire app. If the app is asking you to subscribe again by mistake please tap on “Restore” in the paywall to recover your subscription without paying again. Hope this helps
