Nothing plays
My mother wanted a new doorbell camera but we can’t see live footage or watch any of the alert videos

If you are outside the house, the camera disconnects from Wi-Fi at a distance of 1 mile and the camera can no longer show anything in life mode. This is just terrible. Then there is absolutely no point in this 3 in 1. Very disappointed in this purchase and service.
