Simple yet Effective
The only blocker that actually worked to give me my time back. I struggle most with passively filling a few dead minutes with mindless scrolling. But, then those few minutes turns into far more wasted time. This worked to add a simple bit of resistance to that endless scrolling. Other blockers that make it ridiculously hard to access apps, so I have found myself entirely disabling when I actually needed my apps. Then I had free rein again to waste my time. Blank allows me to keep my phone fully functional as a smart phone while providing the slight resistance that I need to not waste my time. I highly recommend using the “take a breath” option to regain access. 20 seconds of contemplating whether if I actually want to waste on social media is more than enough time to realize that I don’t want to waste my life away scrolling.

Highly misleading
The screenshot on the app listing is highly misleading. It is impossible to replicate the clean homescreen look on the latest version is iOS. The widget borders are always visible and the instructions to remove them don’t work. On top of this the set up is cumbersome and the setup instructions are not clear. I have requested a refund.

Update: this app continued to charge me weekly after I cancelled the subscription. Submitting fraud report.
I love the widgets and the breathing exercises. This is the first app of its kind to really stick for me. However, there’s a bug that makes the app stay open too long sometimes and I’m not sure why. It doesn’t always happen. Then I need to manually relive them which defeats the purpose.

Don’t bother, spent loads on advertising, none on the app. Doesn’t do what it appears to do on the ad’s. You can set up everything it does yourself for free.
Locked should mean locked!
The app is good but the locked setting is way too easy to bypass. By doing a simple breathing exercise you can cancel your lock which makes it a bit pointless. Locked should mean locked!

Takes too long to setup and you’re constantly jumping through hoops to get it working correctly.

The app claims it can make a clean interface for you, but it doesn’t do that at all. No matter what you do your widget outlines don’t disappear, despite Blank’s false claims. It’s clear that their app does not work at all at least on iOS 26, yet they continue to suggest that it does and sell to iOS 26 users. That should be criminal.

Never gave me a refund
Got it because there was a “money back guarantee” and I wanted to try. Wasn’t a fan of the it, when I followed the instructions for a refund nothing happened.
iOS 26 made it bad
iOS 26 forces an ugly border around the widgets. The guides in the app the fix the issue for “iOS 26” are for iOS 18 and don’t work.
Complicated Set Up and Unusable with iOS26 Liquid Glass
Spent an hour trying to make sense of the set-up instructions. Horribly convoluted. Clearly vibe coded. It’s bad. DO NOT BUY. Looks horrendous with iOS Liquid Glass (which is also an awful ‘Product’)

You cannot access the app without paying, you can’t try it out. It’s manually set up. The app does nothing. Just hide the apps from yourself.

This app advertises 100% money back guarantee but is not true my refund was rejected twice after wanting to refund my purchase after 1 day
Pop ups
In theory, this is a great app. I’ve used it for several months now and it has definitely cut down on my screen time. I really like the idea of an app that makes your current phone dumb without buying a gimmicky “dumb” phone. What’s annoying, is that anytime you want to open any app on your phone, the “blank” screen on the background pops up first. It’s also missing a lot of apps, so I can’t use the list interface for all of the apps that I still use, slightly defeating the purpose of using blank. The lifetime cost is low though, so I can’t complain too much.

Doesn’t work in dark mode
Instructions are unhinged and don’t work. If you can get it close in dark mode it looks terrible with outlines around the widget. AI bot just goes in loops.. cool idea bummer execution
