Still Garbage
BR is so trash now that I opted to pay a subscription to the Athletic. They are far superior and a glimmer of what this app used to be.
Updates make it worse every time
I have exclusively used this app for sports news for many years. Sorta done with it. Can’t ever watch the clips on twitter anymore because it just redirects you to try and force you to download X. The dumb banner across the top that I cannot turn off. Just always something
Trash
I’ve had this app since it first came out. It’s been on every smart phone I’ve ever owned. When it first came out it was perfect, it was curated to your specific interest ONLY allowed open communication with fellow sports fans. But then the company started taking more and more money from the wrong people who now have a strangle hold on the app. Most speech is now censored, no more tagging friends in posts and then receiving a notification. Women’s sports or forced down your throat. This app has turned into the exact opposite app that all its users originally downloaded. It’s been a very similar fall to ESPN/ Sports center. It’s pathetic and sad, every higher up at this company deserves to be fired and unemployed long enough they’re forced to file bankruptcy.

App problem
When I try to open the app, it says something went wrong. Please try again and I clicked the refresh button and nothing happens. It also says I have one notification which won’t go away.
Videos Rarely Work
None of the videos that I get notifications for work. I’ll get a random one that loads in but for the most part it’s just a black screen

Massive Downgrade
Have been a supporter and devoted user of this platform since it began as Team Stream but unfortunately since the new update the user interaction has been horrendous. Had the original Bleacher Report App for over a decade and would get all of my team news and updates from there until I was forced to update to this new application.
This is massive downgrade in my opinion for what used to be an easy and enjoyable way to follow sports and support your team has become frustrating and unusable. The amount of advertising is super excessive and it constantly gets in the way of viewing any of the content and makes it hard to read any articles and almost impossible to follow the article itself.
The new design makes it feel cluttered, slow, and overly focused on serving ads rather than providing a user experience. I understand that advertising is necessary in order for a business to succeed but this is unbearable.
I ended up deleting the app for a while hoping that these would get cleaned up after some feedback from people but I just tried it again and it is still impossible to connect with anything but ads on the platform anymore. Now I need to find somewhere else to stay connected with sports.

Still wacky
I really wish they would have left it tf alone…this app is so trash compared to the previous edition. I’ll never forgive them for this change. Whoever signed off should run into the bottom post of their bed with their pinky toe each night before bed…and if they have a platform bed, it should be their shin.

This went from my go to app must look at everyday to my least favorite app. Whatever the update was broke it. Almost unusable and I was the best. If I wanted to use x I would. Well job about being the worst delivery. Wtf.
Terrible Sports App with a mediocre OS
There appears to be no writers here as it seems to be done entirely by AI and that’s why the articles have several spellings errors even a 5th grader could point out and fix. Not only that. They seem to push notifications that aren’t even sports related. Completely ridiculousness that this app can get away with this goofiness.

Would not Recommend
I used to thoroughly enjoy this app, but now it’s just a platform to share twitter(X) feeds. If you don’t have an X account, you’ll be countlessly redirected to X.com, to which you’ll need an account to view the content. Additionally, the poor performance of the app, the ad content that launches on each page without user interaction, the incredibly laughable “highlights”, and poor AI unedited reporting — this app has lost its competitive market edge.

Porn ads?
I keep getting porn ads on this app. Figured it was an app for all ages to keep up with sports but I wouldn’t let your kids download this app. They’d rather make money than protect the younger users, disgusting.

Are there any humans running this app anymore? It’s literal train wreck. You ruined such a great idea. Why? To many scary disagreements about sports? At least now I can count on technical glitches every day and a bombardment of horrible AI articles.

Non Functioning
I don't care how many times you delete our reviews. This is a disingenuous media company through and through. They completely ruined the app with the infamous update and it somehow continues to degrade. Now you can't even view the forums to interact with others.
