Bare minimum
I’ll give the app credit for doing what you download it for (A beep test) but that’s all it does. There are no customisation options at all, you’re stuck as John Appleseed and the statistics are basically useless. All that said, it is still a great way to test and improve your fitness, so I recommend it for that.

Used to be good but now the bleeps are very difficult to hear

Timing not correct for UK Police
Really annoyed I wasted money on this as the timing is wrong. The pace is too quick. I wanted the same test as the JRFT
Not the standard police bleep test.
I have been using this app to train to pass the bleep test for an application to join the police. Thought I was smashing it until I did a practice run using the actual machine that I will be running to in a week’s time for my fitness test. The time between beeps on this app are too long and it gives you a small rest between levels. As I found today the real test doesn’t do this. Now I’ve got to spend a week in intensive training.

How do I get rid of the 10 names and set my own
I think the app is wonderful, but I can’t set it up for myself, can someone pls help

I was using the app for several test, all of a sudden I don’t here the beep after each 20 mile anymore so I can no longer run tests
So many problems.
Can not remove delete players or teams.
No ability to remove players who are not at training on the day, therefore giving false results.
No support whatsoever!

Not to standard
This app does not time to the 20M Euro 21 stage standard used for athletic benchmarking.
Compared to the standard, completing level 10 on this app is 90 shuttles, or 4 shuttles short (drops a segment on levels 4,6,8, and 9) and about 30 seconds shorter than the actual standard, which is widely published and should complete level 10 with 94 shuttles and a time of 10:32. This is 80M shorter and 30 seconds shorter than standard at level 10 and it gets worse with more dropped segments.
This makes this app a “cheater” app, so that very good athletes can show a score output higher than the standard test. Example a 11.2 on this app would be very close to a 10.9 on the actual 20 min beep test standard.
Find an app that publishes the data tables or just run your preferred app to ensure stage 10 completes at 94 shuttles and 10:32 to know it is using the true standard parameters.

Really good app😎was easy to follow! the running man and make sure you touch down on the cone of grass or what ever you use as the perimeter, after the bleep 😎and the best about it you can do it anywhere, gym, car park if it's safe, a park anywhere that's safe and convenient for your self. Overall happy to have it if I can't fit the gym in or I'm too busy with family etc

Plays while Spotify playlist is on and when phone is in locked mode. Doesn’t make music quieter like other apps do. Easy to use and effective. Would be awesome if it showed a current level meter while in the locked mode also 😊

You should be able to lock the screen and still hear the beeps
Basic and useful.
Extremely easy to use. The audio cues play over music which is an excellent feature. Would fully recommend to anyone who needs a simple and effective MST example.
