Still crashing
This seems to have gotten worse, it crashes at the payment stage and even at calendar scheduling, it seems to be worse since adding banking security verification when you go back into the app after doing own banking / card verification. I couldn’t even book the free patch test using it
Bad UX
I get the impression this app was created just for the sake of making one, not to improve the customer experience.
Takes 30 seconds to book
This app is so easy to use, Booking takes about 30 seconds. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I can honestly say I think it’s user error as I book my appointments every month with no issues.
Dreadful app
Stores insist that you use it to book even when you are starting right in front of them in a store. And then the App doesn’t work 🙄
