The app looks pretty and well created until you get to the verification process. No matter how many areas of a well lite room I took for pictures for the selfie or my ID, I was not able to get past this part. Don’t waist your time downloading!!!

I downloaded this app because I needed cash for my baby birthday on may 19th but it approve me for $50 and only let me got 25 it took me one day and they don’t have a customer service number to contact about needing help I can’t even upload my card to get the money the app would be good if it could work properly Friday is my baby surprise birthday party and I can’t even get the money off the cash advance app keeps giving me a error message 😞

I do not recommend the service at all. It keeps messing up and takes way too long to verify even when you pay the extra.
Took my $ and now the network doesn’t work!!
So you took not just 6.99 but 4.99 additional with a $25.00 approval return and HMMMM INTERESTING that I go to cash out, the network has an error, or plaid declined your debit card (but hmm my debit card was already verified through plaid) but now the network isn’t working, or a “oh no” we came across an error message. This is fraudulent and I am demanding my FULL REFUND!

It’s definitely a scam. They charge your card for the subscription then say there’s an “error” when you do the advance. Support email doesn’t respond
Worse app don’t use it
I registered and did all the processes, when I ask for the advance after paying all the fees they ask it was giving me an error persistently. They blocked me or something because now it says my number does not exist in the app but they did took my money from the bank. So basically they are stealing money from everyone who tries it! I’m definitely going to report the fraud to credit bureaus and my bank. NEVER USE THIS APP

They charge you for a “quick” decision as well as a subscription base cost and your out 20$ with a non working app and nothing to show for it. Poorly functioning and never heard back on an advance decision after paying extra fee and waiting over a week!!

Full of fees, the transfer does not work, network error. Unreliable, expensive, worst app i have ever had the displeasure to come across. Stay away. They will take your money first to tell you that you are not eligible. Good luck getting your money back after that. No customer service, they will not reply to your email, there is no cancellation option on the app. You’ll be stuck with them while they charge a monthly fee of 11.99. Literally the worst app on here. I will work with apple and seek legal actions against these thieves. It’s that bad people. STAY AWAY.
