I love this app! It’s easy to sign in and easy to find all my info. I also love to see where my donation as gone! That’s American Res Cross!
Quick and Easy
The process is quick and easy from the moment you fill out your pre-donation questionnaire (on the app prior to your visit) to the medical examination to the donation followed by a snack and you’re out of there in less than 45 minutes. Just a simple yes can help save a life.

I love the blood donor app, it is very convenient having the rapid pass and donor ID accessible through the app. I love checking on my blood donation journey and seeing which hospital where I am helping people. It’s also fun like a game viewing how many pints and gallons of blood donated.

I’m on this app all the time. I love reviewing how much fluid has left me voluntarily and gone in to help the People. I’m ADDICTED to the badges. I will catch them all. And I often grab screen shots of the health stats like my blood pressure and the other one and bounce it off AI to make sure I’m staying healthy. My Top Three reasons for giving blood are One: Helping the People and Two: This app!

Scheduling Update Needed
I’ve used this app for years while donating double red, but recently scheduling an appointments feels increasingly more difficult and like a different experience than before… the app won’t simply let me choose a date as easily anymore. I realize there is the ability to schedule similar as prior or start new, and neither seem to be as great as prior updates.

Very easy to use

I love being able to view all my accumulated health statistics over various visits to get an idea of my health trends. I also love having the map showing all the locations across the country where my blood and platelets have gone. Scheduling is also quite convenient through the app.
Saves lives
In my opinion , the least that one can do is to give blood so that another human can benefit. It is a very small sacrifice of time and possibly an inconvenience to your routine to be able to save someone's life . Thank you for listening , Allen

Didn’t listen
I explained the best thing to use was on the outside of my arm and the phlebotomist, taking care of me was agreeable. When he asked the other nurses opinion since he was new, she said no and pointed to the middle of my arm. i’ve never had a success getting blood from that area, but I didn’t say anything and the new phlebotomist poke the area. it was uncomfortable, and the blood drip slowly and eventually blew the vein only filling the bag halfway full. They had to stop the donation because the blood stopped dripping. So the bag was wasted and so was my time and my poor vein. As a nurse, I try to listen when people tell me where they have the most success getting blood drawn. I think your phlebotomist should give everyone that courtesy.
