As a regular platelet donor I frequently have to modify appointment dates & times as my schedule changes. I used to have to do that all over the phone. This app makes it easy, plus it helps me optimize the frequency of my donations. It’s a cinch to navigate, and it’s very helpful to be able to track & monitor health data and donation history. Easy to use, doesn’t integrate well with locations.
Easy to use, but if they say you have a reservation on-line, doesn’t mean anything - can be waiting 45-60 minutes to get initial interview. Location will tell you the app is not efficient or good
So easy to schedule
I like to donate blood as often as I can in a healthy way. As a nurse I have seen donated blood save so many lives. Who doesn’t want to save a life by showing up every couple of months! ❤️ The app makes it easy to stay on track.

Only hiccup I have is the ability to filter and search for an appt without having to go back and restart the process.
Works great
I’ve been donating blood for 25 years and this app came out about 10 years ago. It was terrible. They’ve made a lot of great improvements and it’s very easy to book appointments and see your donations. Also, it’s much easier to claim your gifts than before.
Something is off
Does not seem to work with IOS 26.6.1 on IPhone SE. Get splash screen then locks.
Long wait times
I drove twenty minutes to my scheduled appointment. Told it would be a half an hour wait just to get my history. So instead I ran a couple of errands in the area and stopped back to see if wait time was less. I was told that I would now be treated as a walk-in and wait time would be even longer. Why even have appointment scheduling? I asked why this happened and was told they just had a lot of appointments

Makes donating easier
As if donating blood is not already easy enough, this app is perfect to schedule an appointment in your area, go through your pre-donation questionnaire the day of donation and have your donor ID in you. Been using it since 4 years without any issues!
scheduling
The scheduling is so hard it tries to keep you on dates that you can’t be there and it won’t let you change. It makes it difficult almost not worth your time to try to help because it irritates me.
Helpful app
This app makes donating blood so much easier for busy people (like me) that need to have flexibility to strategize for times and places to donate in order to make this work. I wish more people knew about this.
I love that it shows me where blood goes to as well, nice thing to add. The staff is always sooo helpful and there have not been any glitchy things with the app which is also very helpful.

Great App
When it comes to a scheduling application, this is the gold standard! Could someone please tell the park services how it’s done?
They lied to you
He always tell you you’re gonna get a gift certificate, but it never comes. I’m done giving him to them. They make a profit up your blood. It’s not nonprofit. Might as well make some money and give to somebody who is going to pay.

The staff at the Conway location just off 501 are wonderful and kind and timely. This is the place to donate blood and platelets!!
