Good program but no help from PT
I never leave reviews but I feel like getting this out there. The sword PT is an awesome idea. The analytics, being able to do the PT whenever, comes with the Sword iPad and bands is cool. Although, the physical therapist (Michael Moran) doesn’t really respond to you. I threw my PT’s responses in an AI detector and it was 100% AI. It shouldn’t be much of a problem, but I’ve asked to make modifications to my workout numerous times and no changes have been made (I’ve asked to add core exercises and he’ll say For Sure! And nothing actually changes). Also, I’ll have exercises that only work the left side of my body. I asked the PT to make changes, responds with an AI of course type of answer, and nothing happens. The idea’s there, the actual support isn’t.

Not helpful, bad PTs
The PT assigned to me was not responsive and the app is not too good. The tablet has a low battery life.
Overcoming
I’m trying to enjoy the time I spend. Been a little hectic personal life. Getting through preparation for a funeral this weekend so I’ve been thrown off not being able to commit 100%. But next week I’ll do better at thriving.
Tracking is awful!
The movement tracker in the Sword app is beyond awful. It tells you to correct things that aren’t wrong, and you can’t move on. I’m so frustrated and will recommend to my employer that they don’t use this service again.
I love this app
Helps me a lot with my feet pain and it reminds me that I need to exercise to feel better.
