Accountability
Progress Comes One Exercise at a Time
If you’re persistent and consistent, you’ll gradually notice improvements in your strength, balance, mobility, and overall function. This isn’t an overnight cure, it’s a long-term investment in your health. The progress comes from showing up and doing the work, and over time those small exercises add up in a big way.
The physical therapists are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely encouraging. They do a great job of keeping you motivated while adjusting the program as you improve. I also appreciate that the app goes beyond physical therapy by providing helpful education and encouragement on other health and wellness topics.
For me, the biggest advantage is the flexibility. I can complete my therapy on my own schedule, in the privacy of my home, or even while traveling. That convenience has made it much easier to stay consistent.
I highly recommend Sword Health to anyone willing to commit to the process. If you trust the program and stick with it, there’s a very good chance you’ll be glad you did.
App crushed down
The app it’s great but it’s 2 months that this is happening
Caring therapy
Horrible
Good program but no help from PT
Not helpful, bad PTs
Overcoming
Tracking is awful!
I love this app
Something everyone needs
Good exercises, but...
If it did, flip again to see if your wearable actually tracks anything.
After starting your activity, flip a coin every time the screen goes to sleep to figure out if having the screen off crashed your timer. If so, hard restart the app.
Done with your run? Flip one last time to see if you can actually save your activity. If not, better luck next time! Did you want to do an exercise today?
‘Scan to log in to tablet’
My experience has been marred by persistent logout issues that prevent access to the required program. Despite my technical proficiency and having completed all troubleshooting steps, I am currently unable to log in or scan a QR code to regain access.
More concerning is the breakdown in customer service:
1. Ticket Inconsistency: I have had an open support ticket for two weeks. When I provide feedback on the lack of progress, I am cycled to a new agent who lacks the context of my previous, documented attempts to resolve the issue.
2. Support Priorities: It is disheartening to see that the company is capable of responding to public reviews, yet remains unable to resolve the underlying technical defect in their own hardware/software.
3. Disorganized Administration: Today, I received an automated notice informing me that I am being removed from the program due to 'inactivity,' ignoring the fact that I have been actively communicating with your support team regarding my inability to access the app.
I am not technically illiterate, nor am I looking for excuses. I am looking for a functional service that meets the standard of care promised. Attempting to navigate this disjointed support system has been a source of unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend the company overhaul their internal ticket management and improve the stability of their login process.
