Attainable

This program helps you attain steady increases awareness of your mind and body. Great holistic approach. Sword health is an instant friend and motivator.

Easy to use and good for mental and physical health

I really like this app when it’s not making me re- login every day or every couple of days. The other annoying thing is sometimes there are exercises with timers that require you to switch while the timer is going but doesn’t tell when to switch. Now the bad is out of the way, there a lot of good. The AI is supportive and encouraging. The coaches behind the scenes are also super supportive and motivated. Both the human and the AI give you the feeling they really care about your health and progress. Love this app.

Health is Wealth

This is really encouraging and good for fitness!

Far exceeded expectations

The app is incredible with the program. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this is the best women’s health app and far exceeded my expectations!

What I Like

What I like about Sword is exercise routines are either three or six minutes long, or they are 13 or 15 minutes long. Those time blocks are easily do-able during my day. On some days, I will add an extra short routine from earlier in the week - usually Monday’s short routine is like a wake-up stretching sort of thing, and it feels good. I’ve gotten into the habit of doing these routines every day, and I can feel the difference just moving around everyday. Finally I like all the people who demonstrate how to do each exercise because they do them slowly and make it clear how you need to move.

Sword

This program is really good for beginners and I like that the coach checks on you , they are really good on helping you out with your needs.

Just started

I just started so hard to grade. Will see as I progress

Try it!!

The app and PT’s are fantastic- very helpful, responsive and are giving me exercises and knowledge to help improve my pelvic floor. Being able to do this at home is a HUGE perk, as going to PT in person 2-3 X a week is next to impossible. I highly recommend!

Helpful

I like that everyday it has three targeting areas it works on with me

Content great; functionality bad

Love the workout and PT support but the app does not calculate steps accurate and does not always load. Sometimes I have to close out of the app several times to get an activity to load. It needs a lot of updating to work efficiently

Motivator

I love this program it challenges me , coaches me and informs me of my progress. It also gives me tips on how to get better results. This is like having my own trainer!

Day 1

I find the voice directions and the body reflections encouraging.

Sword Health

Love this app feel better since I’ve been using it . Always love forward to my daily exercises. And how many steps I’ve taken for the day .
5 stars to this program

Unfortunate.

After using the application for around 2 months and feeling fairly impressed, a technical issue with one of the videos sat for over a week with no support. If the product is unreliable, what’s the point?

Stretching

Nice stretching, exercise exercises. I work at my desk all day so to do them in my chair is quite helpful.

Comments

Impressed so far. Looking forward to accountability.

Love it!

Great app! Love the exercises and my personal trainer, Sarah Hall, is absolutely amazing.

Love it!

Working with Ben (physical therapist)and having him personalize my work out sessions has been extremely helpful and rewarding. Also, he has had a lot of encouraging words along the way to keep me motivated and focused!

A better me.

I have nerve and muscular damage in my back, which has caused me limited motion due to the associated pain. Since I discovered Sword Health, and a consistent daily routine I have felt so much better. I have strengthened my back, hamstrings, abdomen, calf muscles that are directly responsible for relieving most of my pain. This regimen however can not fix the nerve issue I have, but I am in a lot less daily pain today than I was prior. Sword Health has truly helped me live a normal life rather than before, I love this new lease on life.

Hidden Charges

The charges were not explained clearly upfront. I completed the initial consultation because it was offered through my employer and insurance, but I never continued with the program because I found the process too clunky and preferred in-person sessions.
The next thing I knew, I was receiving monthly charges in the mail. I never once used the app or received anything in the mail. When I contacted customer service, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to refund the charges, despite the misunderstanding. The entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling misled. I would not recommend this service.

There response below and cancelling wasn’t as easy as described.

“You are free to cancel your program at any time you wish! Simply let your Specialist or Care Coordinator know if you choose to cancel and they will transition your program to a closed state”.

“This being said, our programs are billed in accordance with the contractual terms agreed upon between your plan and Sword. Once we have billed, it will not be refunded”
