First session

Very interesting, to incorporate ai in to PT. So far so good!

Not bad

I’m excited to see what my body will be able to do.

Request

I needed to keep reminding my preferences as it keeps dropping

No more pain

The stretching session really worked I have zero pain now. Can’t thank you enough for the targeted exercises

Healthy movement

Just in time

So helpful and convenient!

This has been better than going to a PT in person. I can chat and ask questions from real people but do not have to get babysitters for my children to get my sessions done. Instead I can do them at home yet still have resources at hand!

Sword Health

I was in the move program, and it is a good quick workout program to keep you feeling you best. Ashley is a good coach!

Bien

Muy buena práctica me gusta el sistema

Perfecto

Great training for your pelvic floor muscles today

Impersonal and lacking access

I find interacting with Sword very impersonal. There is no access to previous exercise routines without scrolling through messages. There is also no nutrition support which I think is necessary to improving health.

Getting back on track with sword

This is my second time using this benefit offer for free through my employer. The easy of the process due to my busy schedule helps me care for myself at my convenience. Thank you sword.
Sincerely
Trod

Sword PT

Just started. Seems helpful for visual learners and informative enough to do the exercises correctly!!! Good job guys

Feels like an AI trainer

Generic feedback feels like AI generated

Fun and easy to use

Some of the exercises are really cute, like playing a video game. Others are more basic, but it’s fun and easy to use.

Optimum

The workout seems to fit my schedule and I enjoy the bits of exercises

Missing the Calendar

IDK why you would remove the calendar. I think knowing how frequently I have completed sessions is so important. If you want encouragement this needs to be put back.

First Step

First Lesson was interesting. No weird or difficult movements.

So Cool

This is such a nice app to have. It actually shows you if you’re not in proper alignment! This is awesome when you don’t have a trainer with you!!!

Amazing!

I absolutely love my Sword Health and Bloom Sessions. So helpful especially for what I am experiencing with my health at this time of my life.

Poor wearable

Their wristband started giving me problems just after a few months of using it. I contacted them, tried updating the app… but it just couldn’t pair with the app any longer and that discouraged me a lot because it couldn’t give a good account of my activities, especially my steps.
