Painful shopping
I have been a Bloomingdale’s shopper since 1978. In the last three Months I have wanted to take this card and cut it to shreds. Everything is made to be extremely difficult ..paying bills, using Loyalist points ,asking to speak to someone( this last incident was 9 minutes on the phone) THIS is why I have been using Platinum Amex in Bloomingdale’s for the last 5 years. Price adjustment requested
I previously ordered these boxers when they were on sale and I had also opened a Bloomingdale’s charge card to get the extra discount. What should I do? Thanks Henry
Bar across critical item design
Why, why, why would they design an app that puts that bar telling me how many people looked at the item today across the middle of the item, obstructing critical product insight? I have come to despise this app for that very reason, and it is difficult to remove or I try to get it off and it performs a function for which I have no interest. Now I only shop at Bloomies as a last resort or if they’re having a HUGE sale. I’ve lost my black card status as a result too, and I could care less.

I want to say La Perrier cream is such a great essential product for your face, as well as your eyes, neck, etc. It is quite expensive, but when used accurately, it is the best you can get. Thank you, guys

I returned two blouses terrible wrinkled they look like rags. I brought them back yesterday July 20. I had a $25 gift card when they deducted the two the blousesThey only gave me credit $24.99,how they came to that figure I’ll never know. They would not let me use the $24.99 to purchase another item I had to wait 24 hours. You have my merchandise you gave me the credit, but I had to wait 24 hours I never heard of such a thing when even give me a courtesy of rep purchasing another item. With the price of gas what it is I travel 40 miles up and back and I should come back the next day to purchase something so I could use the $24.99. So I’m telling people if somebody gives you a rewards of $25 and you return the item you have to come back the next day to use it. No wonder the store is empty. I will not be purchasing anything at Bloomingdale’s for a very, very long time.

I have reinstalled this app multiple times and still does not work properly. I give up. Stop sending me marketing emails if the app doesn’t work. Don’t tell me to use the website instead.

Awful experience
I waited over a week for my order, only to be told it was delayed after I contacted customer service. Then, the next day, they unilaterally cancelled it, claiming it was out of stock. What's more infuriating is that the item is still available for purchase on their app right now. This is absolutely terrible service selling items they don't have in stock and wasting customer's time. I was planning this as a gift, now I'm left with nothing. Selling products that you apparently don't have in stock and cancelling orders after customers have already waited is unacceptable.

Doesn't Load content
ios 26 - both Macy's and Bloomingdales' apps are unable to load content if the filter is used. The "wheel" just spins and then the app freezes.

App freezes and crashes every time I attempt to filter. Clearly experiencing wider tech issue imbedded with the app. Without filtering capabilities, any attempt to pursue a shopping experience in this app would be a colossal waste of time.
