App log in verification is horrible
Every time I get the code messaged to me to log in to the app it doesn’t recognize it. I have had to delete the app to verify my account and then download the app again. Happened on my old phone and now on my new phone.

Deceiving benefits
I applied for the Bloomingdales credit card on a promise of a discount only to find out that multiple items from my order are excluded. Why would I deny my credit score if I had known that. Annoyed
Sloppy Accounting
Cannot get a true picture of your account balance as there are delays and/or roadblocks to the posting of debits/credits to the account. And, this is regarding Citibank which services the accounts, and not Bloomingdales, the retailer.
