Deceiving benefits

I applied for the Bloomingdales credit card on a promise of a discount only to find out that multiple items from my order are excluded. Why would I deny my credit score if I had known that. Annoyed

Sloppy Accounting

Cannot get a true picture of your account balance as there are delays and/or roadblocks to the posting of debits/credits to the account. And, this is regarding Citibank which services the accounts, and not Bloomingdales, the retailer.

I’ve been shopping with Bloomingdale’s for some time now. All I have to say is they’re the best! Customer service, is fantastic,
packages are always on time. If there’s an issue they are quick to correct it.
