Painful shopping

I have been a Bloomingdale’s shopper since 1978. In the last three Months I have wanted to take this card and cut it to shreds. Everything is made to be extremely difficult ..paying bills, using Loyalist points ,asking to speak to someone( this last incident was 9 minutes on the phone) THIS is why I have been using Platinum Amex in Bloomingdale’s for the last 5 years. I regret I gave you a chance again. Please feel free to call me to discuss .
