Below zero rate company doesn’t respect customers

Customer late for work this company doesn’t respect the customer for time always late there buses very low rate not comfortable at all customer service doesn’t had any solution for your problem 2 times in the row delayed for the trips I was going to trip my and my sister from Alexandria to hurghada round trip for the first trip they said we sorry our bus it will be delayed for 2 hours because the bus had a problem i said no problem for second trip after 4 days they said we sorry for your safety the bus got delayed because had same issue for the second one bus ticket it was no shipper it was expensive like 900 I don’t suggest anyone take this bus it’s a big scam company

Very bad app，and terrible experience with blue bus, their seat map was completely different from the actual seat on the bus, and their customer service thought it was normal and asked me why I was angry😅😂
