Unsafe and Buggy

Really unsafe to use bc the app is so buggy. Was using it and the app bugged out and locked our scooters in the middle of riding on the road, was an extremely scary and unsafe situation. Then the app didn’t let us unlock the scooters and had to walk the rest of the way. yikes !

Needs a better signup/payment page

This app really needs to have Apple Pay and/or PayPal integrated. There's no way I'm giving
my credit card details in a text box to a company that just sent me 7 identical confirmation emails when I signed up.

garbage app

My account was frozen for absolutely no reason. I contacted customer support and was supposed to get an email response within 4 business days, that was 3 weeks ago. Their teir 2 support is an absolute joke. Blue duck does not care about their customers.

Terrible App

Could not get scooters to work at all with the app. The Lime app is significantly better and has a built in Group Ride option! Stay away!

Onerous UI

Tried to take my family. Of course they demand that you have a separate account for every rider. Then the place where I rented it all of a sudden was not a place where you could return it. And when there are lots of scooters there, you cannot see how much power is in the one you rented until you are already committed so one died and we had to ride double on the way back with the others. Who knows what they will try to do to me about the one we left behind.

Mildly fun but horrible overall

I love this company like a love a bad movie. It never fails to disappoint so the standard is lowerred every time I use it, to the point where it’s comical.

The scooter wouldn’t work at all and they still charged me!

The scooter on the app didn’t work when I go to it. But they charged me anyway saying that I had used it to go almost a mile. Which is ridiculous. I feel totally ripped off. Stay away!!

Horrible Experience

Unable to rent multiple scooters on one account forcing me to ride by myself, I was scared. Advertised as $.30 per minute, I rode for 2 minutes then returned it, I was charged just under $4. Downloading invoice does not work. Calling customer service was unsuccessful, the call would not go through. Do not ever fly blue duck.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could

The most disgusting update to an app that could ever happen, cant rent scooters, it’s ridiculous

Good product and customer service resolved issues promptly. Initially had a lower star rating but had to change it

Extremely limited ride area. Why no Lyft or Uber scooters that actually work in JAX

Loved the scooter but come on! Modernize your on boarding account creation process!! Terrible. No Apple Pay, only one scooter, old UI, anyway, it was a pain.
