Worst experience ever. Stole my money
The pickup and return process is so complicated. It allowed me to take only 2 at a time while it said the limit was more (4 think).
They need your phone and yourself to be physically present at the place of returning for it to work. For example you can’t rent for your kid or friend and let them return at a hub without your presence. They need so many pictures and GPS and all that and it’s just horrible.
Also my wife’s phone had a GPS issue and the app failed to locate her for her to correctly return. But it didn’t have a problem in letting her pick it up. GPS issue was never a problem for pickup but a problem when you return. How convenient.
This caused major delays and it charged extra due to the delays.
Avoid at all costs.

Renting but led on this app is not a good idea
I rented bikes in West Concord Massachusetts and it took over 40 minutes to unlock four bikes. After our bike ride, it took forever to return the bikes. The app wouldn’t let me end the ride in order to lock the bikes back up. Customer service was not helpful. They would tell me the steps to returning and locking but couldn’t understand that these steps weren’t working. There’s no one to speak to, only a chat options that takes a long time to communicate back and forth. I will never rent using this app again. Hopefully the Town of Concord can find another company to use to rent bikes.

Glitchy app, fun rental
I used this on a kayak rental in Kansas. It was fun check out worked well. App just froze on one of the instruction slides.
Then return the camera through the app kept going black, my camera app worked fine but was black in the app. So my friend logged in on his phone to do the return. Got one returned and put away then the second didn’t take so we had to remove it all from the lockers again take the pics and it took the second time.

Bike Rentals
The Movatic app allows you to rent bike lockers in various cities. It’s easy to use! They have a good customer support that helped me when I experienced an issue. I think this is a great idea and service to encourage people to bike more! :)
Trash app that doesn’t work
I rented a kayak but there was nowhere in the app to start the return. All the kayak lockers had issues. Some don’t lock at all. Customer service kept telling me to re-rent it so I could end it. Couldn’t re-rent, couldn’t end. If I get charged for extra time, I’m going to be soooo livid.
