Terrible customer service
A heads-up to fellow online shoppers: if you're ordering perishables, be prepared for short shelf lives. I recently had a poor experience where my items arrived with only 3 days left before expiry. Attempting to resolve this with customer support felt like a cycle of scripted apologies with no actionable outcome. I'll be avoiding this group moving forward as there is clearly no loyalty.

Frustrating app with tiny reward
Been using this app in numerous places where we have shopped and it is the only app where the more you shop the less points you get! We have spent over 4000aed and have 4 AED in the wallet! Disappointing!

Walk and earn is a scam
When you reach daily step goal on walk and earn function, you only get 50 points. You can set the daily goal from 5,000 to 20,000 steps, BUT more steps does NOT give you more points, don’t be stupid. Your hardwork does NOT mean more rewards, the app is NOT trying to promote a healthy walking habit. Really disappointing function.

Unsatisfied customer service
I visited Mall of the Emirates for after-sales support regarding one of my Raymond Weil vintage watches.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Mr. Kevin, who was in charge of service. His approach was unprofessional and not helpful, which is not acceptable
I expect a higher standard of customer service, especially for a brand of this reputation. I hope this matter will be addressed and that future customers receive a better experience.

Can’t register; no OTP received
M&S in HKG now use this for rewards. Yet I can’t even register in HKG because phone doesn’t receive OTP.

Useless app! Scam!!!
App that is NOT created for use in Hong Kong. Was forced to download it hoping all my saved points will be transferred. Guess what- all disappeared!!!!
Another problem I encountered- couldn’t register my HK number. Hong Kong wasn’t on the list of countries to choose from!
After months of having problem with it I reinstalled the app. Could easily register now but again, all points earned missing and all the brands and offers are useless for hk customers. SCAM!!!
P.S. After months of so called ’investigation’ nothing was resolved and no one got back to me about the progress. On my request to follow up the case, they replied I have “zero wallet bill amount” which is not true as I shop at M&S HK regularly. I repeat, this app is a total scam!!

Won’t accept my Sing No
I have been trying to join this app for the M&S rewards .. I’ve been in country 6 months & it still does not recognise my mobile phone no .. I have raised this query with your customer service 3 times now & have been told it’s been resolved each time when guess what it still hasn’t .. but I can order on the actual M&S site via my no funny that!

I was excited about this app, but it seems customer service is not there, you can not really get a help with any issue.
I won at the mall 20,000 points and they did not add it when you contact them they know nothing, plus they all told me points are redeemable for cash, suddenly points are worthless!!

It is nice reward in the app and different way to get points and change it to money but I think the point piece it’s low maybe because i didn’t do all missions for points gifts in the day

I never went to a store and scanned and it worked all the time it’s signing me out!!! It never signed me in again such a stupid application if you want users fix your application so we can actually use it ??
