Avoid at all costs
Pathetic excuse for a company. Service lasted less than 2 hours and then can’t get anyone to respond or resolve service. If this is provided by your apartment complex - move or go somewhere else. If for your home find any other provider

If I can submit 0 or even negative I would. Nothing works on this app (server always down, parental control sucks and doesnt work, app is slow or doesnt load..). Dont get me started on the service as well which Im stuck with as community has a contract, Im anout to move out simply because of Blue Stream.. fml

Bad connection
Stays thinking and I can’t manage anything after logging in
Look for other internet providers
Our HOA has us stuck with blue stream but if you have options don’t settle. App is always down and Wi-Fi goes out constantly. Currently we realized one of our devices is blocked from our WiFi but we can’t unblock it via the app because it’s been down for months. Always something.
Fiber
We lose our TV, Internet and phone way too often. When we don’t lose it, out TV will just freeze up for any where from a couple minutes to a half hour or more. Not good.
Virtually useless
Any changes to your wifi from this app does virtually nothing
